I just got lunch here and the food was terrible. I’m not sure if they have different people cooking or what but I just spent $20 for one meal and I can’t even eat it. The fried rice has no flavor or vegetables it’s just brown rice that tastes like it came out of a frozen dinner. The sweet and sour chicken is okay but the sauce isn’t edible.. it tastes like spoiled ketchup. I usually only review when it’s positive but this was BAD.. I’m not a picky eater at all so if I can’t eat this then I don’t know who can.

Went through the drive thru last night after work. It was my first time ordering and eating from here. Got home and let me tell you, “Slap yo Momma good!!!” Price is very reasonable, service is awesome and quick. Forget about panda, or any other in the area. Make the trip, order and pick up, or just drive through. This place rocks and cooks with nothing but love. My car still smells like Ming’s this morning.

I’ll definitely be back, and send my friends and acquaintances.

This is THE GO TO SPOT for quick service Chinese food in tyler. Great food everytime. Consistent taste and quality. And you get a huge meal for the price. The staff is great and they are never slow. This place stays busy and it’s no secret why. Great food at a great price.

Hate to leave a bad review when the staff is so nice. But as friendly as the employees are, the food is simply trash. Worse than mall
Chinese food. Fried rice has no flavor. The egg roll has no flavor. The wings…..no flavor. I’m not sure how it’s possible to make food this bad. Again shout out the staff who were super friendly and happy to take my order so close to closing. But, yeah…. I won’t be back.

This was our first time going to Ming’s Cafe. We ordered the Orange Chicken and it was fantastic! The chicken was fresh, the orange sauce was the best we have ever tasted. We highly recommend this dish and can’t wait to try more in the future.

Bourbon Chicken never misses. Sometimes it’s a little dirty inside, but the food is always super good. One of the best Chinese food places in Tyler

Do not order delivery from here. Your order will always be wrong. They use uber so there’s no way to communicate with a driver and I’ve only had one delivery have the order correct. That isn’t on the drivers but the business. They obviously cannot operate to ensure quality at that level of business so just go through the drive thru and make sure your order is correct. If not, just go somewhere else. Not worth the annoyance anymore.

Ok, look. I’m not looking to hurt anyone, but this was, seriously, in the top 3 WORST food, not just Chinese food, but worst food I’ve ever eaten. I’m from NYC and have lived and worked in most major cities in this country, and traveled pretty extensively to Europe.
The Asian lady behind the counter literally laughed when I asked if they cook Szechuan, Hunan or what. The American gentleman who worked the counter, who said he’s been there for seven years and needs to move on, was robotically polite, but offered nothing in the way of information or marketing if not asked a question. The Asian woman could not have been less informed or helpful. I can safely assume she is the owner or related to ownership.
I ordered fried “meat” dumplings and a “Szechuan style” beef with broccoli. I opted for “lo mein noodles”, instead of rice. I was dining in, but the food was packed in a bag, in Styrofoam packaging. The gentleman said its because of Covid 19. I guess they dont know that covid is past. VERY long story short, the dumplings were well done fried frozen wontons, the noodles were overcooked fettuccine noodles and were drowning in grease and oil, no sauce, just greasy oil, and the “beef” was stringy and tough, and with the broccoli, was in a POOL of greasy brown sauce. This is NO exaggeration. In fact, I’m not describing, adequately, how awful this was. It was a compete waste of money. 2 hours in the bag old Wataburger would have been better. OBVIOUSLY, I did not finish after my first few bites. Returning it or complaining would have been a waste of time. Oh, as I was eating, the Asian woman and American worker were talking about antibiotics needed for some infected person. Just what you want to hear while eating this horrid, horrid food. They brag that their portions are huge. And they are. So I see their popularity with the “big eaters crowd”, to be nice, but it’s just a big, giant portion of greasy horrible food. Again, I am NOT exaggerating. And the tables and floor were FILTHY. Imagine the kitchen…
Believe me. Pass on this place.
