Ming’s probably the best around Middle Tennessee. Solid buffet, lots of options and now serves Bobba Tea. Great atmosphere. While I have been to better Chinese buffets, those were hundreds of miles away and near coastlines. For MTN, Mings is fantastic.

It’s a top tier low quality Chinese buffet! $12.50 for lunch, good variety of fried meat dishes, sometimes a vegetable, some questionable shellfish on ice, and everything that hasn’t just been replaced is lukewarm and soggy. Sincerely a five star experience if you know what you’re getting into. Go around noon for hottest and freshest food at the best price.

Really saddens me to give a low review for Mings because the people there were super nice. Which is honestly why they didn’t get 1 star. The people were incredible.
The food on the other hand was inedible. This may have been the worst broccoli and garlic sauce I’ve ever had. It was pretty much raw broccoli in old oil.
The egg rolls were almost good but they were soggy. The test was good but the texture was lacking. The fried rice was really dry and unusual.
Now I’m not sure if the dine in experience would be different. I know ordering take out from a buffet is a hit or miss decision. That being said I wouldn’t order again.

This is one of my favorite buffets its nice inside very pretty shandaler the best part of the buffet is the noodle grill the man normally already knows what i like to get for sauce the front desk is nice to over all 5 stars
