I don’t post reviews usually but I have to say something because $26 for deep fried bones is insane. We ordered the sweet and sour pork ribs and every single one was fried to literal bone. I have proof unfortunately. Never again-please be warned!

This place was amazing. The food was so good. I love Chinese food and this is by far the best I’ve had in Atlanta. I can’t wait to get back! Everything was seasoned to the Gods!

My husband and I have eaten at almost every Chinese restaurant on Buford Highway and Ming’s is hands down the best meal we’ve had. The crispy pork & rice was absolutely BONKERS, the only dish we’ve found in Atl that compares to what we’ve had in Asia. The roast pork noodle soup is amazing, the bbq pork ribs are amazing. Atmosphere is perfect. It’s not fancy by any definition – it’s straightforward and simple & food. The staff are sweet and familiar. They wouldn’t clear our table until we had one more bite which was cute. Get yourself to Ming’s and eat some roasted meats ASAP.
PRO TIP: pour your duck juices over the rice!!!

My Chinese friend and I looked for places that served authentic Chinese food. They say that Cantonese barbecue is the best here. We ate the dishes my friend ordered, mostly with duck. The food itself was okay, but if I were to order for myself, the menu wasn’t easy enough to explain, there was no water, and I had to order soda oolong tea. It would be nice if the English menu was a little more detailed. It is currently under construction as of May 21st, so parking is not easy.

I wish I could give a higher rating but we was rushed while eating, establishment was small, and Ming chased us down for a tip yet, we got servered lukewarm food and no offers for re-fills on drinks.
Our 1st time ever coming and more than likely our last.
And to be rushed while eating made us uncomfortable and to be chased down was disgusting and it only took us 14 minutes to eat everything because my husband and I shared a plate.
Good thing it’s a plaza filled with much more welcoming and caring resteraunts/stores.

the BBQ pork was great. I took a pound home with me. The server was amazing. I have not had service like that if well over 20 years. She was amazing and clearly loved her job. I will go back just for the chance to interact with her.

We went to buy bbq pork and roast pork. When we opened it at home, the quality of the meat was terrible. The bbq pork was all burnt to blackened, and we ordered 1 lb of bbq pork, and 1/3 of it was not edible. And the roasted pork was dry and hard The worst bbq meat ever!!!!

Purchased a 1/2 duck to go on 12/5/25 for $21.60 which I paid cash as the cashier told me they do not accept credit card. We went to eat it for dinner and it tasted old and stale. I called the restaurant to complain and I was told ‘not true’ as there were no other complaints. At this point I will no longer do business with them! I should have just driven to the food court in China town where I have never had a bad experience. They are busier and move there duck quickly at a better price. Stay away from Mings as it may make you sick!!

I am a regular customer for this restaurant since 2008. I understand that the economy is getting hard. But this restaurant is no longer honest.
I was asking for 2lbs of BBQ Pork.
The lady was trying to oversell by adding more meats into the Togo box.
She told me “it’s a little more than 2lbs”. Whereas, the weight showed 2.9 lbs.
After my reminder, she forcefully removed the meat down to 2.2 lbs. At this time I’m ok with that.
However, the situation got worse. She asked her employee to take away my meat and NOT put back to my Togo box. The employee was confused but he kept quiet.
