Need to go get something else for dinner because they forgot to put my eggroll in the bag and the chicken teriyaki is terrible. Rice has no egg or any veggies, just bland rice that soy sauce isn’t helping. Won’t go back.

Run run as far as you can I called and ordered crab rangoons chicken teriyaki on a stick and an egg roll. My chicken on a stick there was no teriyaki there was no barbecue there was no flavoring it tasted like old 3-day-old chicken put on a stick from KFC or Popeyes like they just stripped the skin off refried it and throw it on a stick the crab rangoons old and cold at least from about 11:00 to 12:00 this afternoon and the egg rolls tasted like they are about 3 days old. I called about my order to ask them why the chicken was not teriyaki they proceeded to argue with me and told me to bring it back in when I get off tonight at 9:00 mind you I’m doing 11-hour shift and I’m already about 5 hours in do you want me to bring your old cold food that I just paid for that you just brought me back to the store so it’s going to be even older and even colder

I had ordered teriyaki sticks and it was burnt and dry let alone it didn’t even taste like beef. It had a weird taste and texture to it. I also ordered orange chicken and it was over cooked and it tasted like teriyaki instead of the typical orange chicken. My wonton soup was bland. This was my first and definitely will be my last time every trying this place

Went to order food for my kids and wife. I ordered Chicken lo- mein for them. Old man came from the back doing God knows what, and goes to grab the cold noodles with his barehands. No gloves, don’t even know if he even washed his hands. Brought it to their attention and all they can say is the pizza guys next door do the same. Got a refund for it but man what a disappointment.

they need to update their menu prices online i ordered a hunan chicken combo dinner with shrimp toast and a large chicken noodle soup and according to the online prices it should only be $15 instead it came out to $22.50 and the shrimp toast was burnt to a crisp, the rice was bad the onions and peppers tasted sour and i didnt even finish the soup it was all disgusting im never going back

I’m just gonna be very clear here guys. This place is absolutely disgusting. And the little old Chinese lady on the phone can’t even seem to get the orders right. If you want fresh and tasty Chinese cuisine go a little down the road to China Star. I promise you it’s much better quality. Warning stay away!

I usually go elsewhere but my normal place was closed for the evening. I decided to go here doing a Google search and boy did I waste my money the only thing I was able to eat was the one egg roll. House fried rice was disgusting smell rancid my boyfriend had the shrimp fried rice don’t know how good they’re smooth or tasted to him but my stomach is not having a good time. Walked in to order instead of ordering over the phone they keep certain meats, dumplings for the wonton soup and egg rolls in the same refrigerator as they keep the pop and whatever else they need in right when you walk in the door I thought that was odd I would never eat here again it’s just not that appealing from the outside and the inside is no better I said hey let’s give them a try anyway and that try failed!!!!!!

I have been ordering from this restaurant, for take out, since they opened. Today I ordered food for guest I was having. The order was the worst I have every had from them. First they did not get the order correct, and I had to wait for some one who spoke better English to call me back and address my concerns. I ordered a small Chicken Fried rice, a large shrimp fried rice and a luncheon size shrimp size Egg Foo Young. I did not have a menu in front of me at the time of the order. The person who took the order gave me a luncheon size shrimp fried rice, which she placed under the egg foo young….And I could not find the chicken fried rice (at first), I thought the little rice container was white rice and I never looked in it. I was looking for a specific different kind of container for the chicken fried rice. So I never found what they where trying to tell me. The finally sent out a small chicken fried rice. I never got my large Shrimp Fried rice….just the small one. They were very rude and argumentative. The mother was screaming so loud that I could not understand what the daughter was saying. The food tasted horrible. It was greasy and tasteless. I will never buy from them again….
