I highly recommend Ming Hing. I have been eating their food for 4 years now and it is without a doubt my favorite chinese food. But more than that I find that their sushi is better than most sushi restaurants. The staff are wonderful and have an eye for detail as well as being extremely friendly. Two men were working when I approached the counter. The skinnier one was taking my order when I hear the shorter one in the kitchen say in chinese that he saw ANOTHER rat. The skinny one says he’ll deal with it when he was done with my order.
