The food is pretty good. I really like their Mai fun and bean curd, get it all the time. Try dipping the spring rolls into the sweet and sour sauce, it’s excellent. They missed putting something in my order one time and said they would fulfill it next time, and they were true to their word.

Avoid ordering during peak hours. Ordered General Tso chicken and GT Tofu on 9/27. So over cooked it was inedible. The tofu was just a fried shell with nothing inside. Usually pretty good. Not this time.

This used to be a good, quality place to eat. These prices are starting to get a little crazy (We travel a lot and other places don’t have prices as high as Ming Guan).
What we used to get for $18 is now $31. Less food for a lot more money. Given a 40min wait, but food still isn’t ready an hour later. Not to mention the young lady in the front seems like she hates her job, no customer service skills.

When it comes down to the food I honestly haven’t had anything comparable! It’s probably my favorite Chinese food. Typical order is teriyaki beef sticks with white rice and brown sauce. I am not joking when I say it’s the best brown sauce I’ve ever had. Also, their wanton soup is delicious, it has great flavor! Sometimes the can seem a little grumpy when answering to take, take out orders but the owners and staff who have been there longer than I can remember ate always so welcoming and remember you just by your order. The inside is outdated and since covid shut downs its not as much of an eat in place as it once was but will always be my go-to. I even make the 50 minute drive from where I’m living now to get it when we’re wanting Chinese.
