Heading down I-70 and wanted a good meal. Found Miner’s Claim online. Stopped by, so very happy we did. The food was amazing! Unique atmosphere and friendly staff. From our experience, I suggest reservations, but we were able to get a table for 5. We did appetizers and finished off with Creme Brulee & Tiramisu. Meals were outstanding. Highly recommended checking it out.

Miner’s was recommended by my landlord; for my first meal in Colorado and what a great recommendation it was the food was very delicious. They’re biscuits was so good. They are moist, fluffy and i didn’t need any butter. I recommend Miner’s to anyone that will listen.

A must-visit if in the Rifle / Silt area! There’s a shuttle golf cart from the Holiday Inn Express. Service was great and the food was amazing. Check for specials. Shuttle cart driver recommended The Miami Vice drink and the wild boar shanks with potatoes (creamed and sweet). He was spot on!

The food was decent it wasn’t anything too special. The atmosphere is what I did not like a lot. The ice came from a nasty looking bucket. I’m sure it was okay. However, just anything from a bucket is not an ideal thing that you want to eat/drink from. Although what did make it special was our waitress Jennifer, she was super kind, nice, and respectful. You could clearly see that she was trying her best to accommodate us as much as possible.

Ask the price of the specials! Surprised by a $44 steak! Everything seemed to have a sauce which was a bit much and we didn’t like the salmon at all. The waitress took another order but wanted us to still pay for the salmon! (Was taken off the bill eventually). I would go back, but look more carefully at the sauces and prices. $200 check for 3 adults and 1 child.

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Enjoyed working with Christian on set up. Everything was perfect. Day of, his staff, (Jennifer was our head server) all did a fabulous job of taking care of our party without being in the way. The food was so delicious and the entire party went home saying great things. Thank you for our wonderful memories.

You owe it to yourself to dine here. A true gem of the Western Slope in little ol’ Silt. Fantastic service from beginning to end and the food is unmatched, the drink menu beyond compare. Can be very busy so call ahead to be sure. You may think it’s pricey but the variety and quality of the food and drinks make it worth every penny. And more.
