We are so lucky to live just 5 minutes from this restaurant! We come here for the people almost as much for the food, and the food is amazing. Don’t even get me started on the cocktails! Love sitting on the patio. We celebrated our anniversary here last night, and it was wonderful, as always. I had the seafood special, grilled shrimp on basmati rice with scampi sauce and steamed veggies. My husband had the Kobe beef burger with skinny fries. All of the employees are great, especially Summer and Josie.

Stayed in Silt for the night and had to try out the highly-rated Miner’s Claim! Summer was our amazing server and the food was absolutely delicious. I just recently celebrated a birthday and the whole staff came out and sang happy birthday with a complimentary red velvet cupcake (that was to die for). Thank you Summer and Miner’s Claim! We will definitely be back to enjoy your beautifully crafted food and friendly company!

This was a fun little restaurant. The ambience was great. The service was very good. We got the lobster ravioli, chicken in a red wine cream sauce, and the calamari and rock shrimp. The food is a solid four out of five stars. The waitress was very attentive. My big thing was the dinner rolls were hard, like someone heated them in a microwave after a few days.
It’s a nice local spot and worth a visit.

We ended up here because the Holiday Inn in Silt recommended it. They had menu’s in the lobby and we thought, let’s give it a shot. We were happy we did. It was a super cool atmosphere. Our waiter was home for the holidays from his teaching job and he was so awesome. They had so much on the menu, gourmet food at not so crazy prices. We had ate lunch at a Mexican restaurant and the food there was equally priced, but was not good at all. You’ll enjoy eating here. Cool setting, great staff. Food was so good, never have I seen my 12 year old eat a whole hamburger and he couldn’t stop it was so good. I had steak and a twist on mash potatoes that was insanely good. Wife had the Salmon. Support local businesses here, such a great time.

I do wish the staff was more conscious of the fact that people are there spending a decent amount of money and would keep their personal conversations to themselves. We sat at the bar because we didn’t have reservations, and the bar staff and waitresses were taking loudly around us about their personal lives and how hungover they were. Sadly, we were told we couldn’t take a real table because there were reservations coming in, but by the time we left, there were still many open tables.
Luckily, the food made up for the less than perfect experience otherwise.
I definitely recommend getting a reservation!

Online reviews and the recommendation of the campground where we were staying were the reason we chose to have dinner at Miner’s Claim. We ordered the meatball appetizer which was delicious. For our meal, we ordered the filet mignon……one was the special with pepper jack and bacon and the other was the menu filet. Our fillets were cooked to order (medium rare) and had a good flavor; however, they were not as tender as fillets we get at chain steakhouse restaurants (such as Longhorn or Outback) and were way more expensive. The side salad was good, but the blue cheese dressing seemed store bought and watery, not homemade like you would expect at this price level of a restaurant. My happy hour margaritas were delicious. The “water girl” was rude, even after I greeted her first (no reply and avoided eye contact). My husband asked for a larger glass for his water and was told by the waitress she would just bring him a carafe of water instead (not willing to bring him a larger glass). They did accommodate dietary request. Our meal was well over $100, which was a bit exorbitant for the overall service and quality of steaks.

We celebrated our 3-year anniversary at Miners Claim, and it was a FIVE STAR experience! THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD! Our fave was the bacon wrapped crab and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños! The fresa salad was delicious. Our cocktails were crafty and fresh.
Our server, Summer, was the best!!! She was warm, funny, and completely present. When we weren’t sure what to order, she gave us suggestions that turned out to be the top highlights of the meal. Shout to to Summer for making our anniversary so special!! We’ll definitely be back!

Making a stop through town for the night and my son & I had a great time here. The service was great, food was awesome. I really like that they add vegetables and fruit to the kids meals. Healthy addition to a great meal.
My son also beat me to it and commented “this is a very nice place. I like it!” He was right. Atmosphere was really chill and cool .
I didn’t get to sit by it but the fire pit would’ve been a great place to sit by. Next time

My family celebrated my birthday here and was so impressed with everything from the apps to the desert. Our martinis were excellent! I had a steak perfectly cooked with lobster tail that was melt in your mouth wonderful, a loaded potato with amazing side vegetables.. I ordered the kettle to go with my steak… AMAZING!! The whole cloves of garlic were delectable and an amazing touch to the food! Thank you to our amazing server. She made the evening such a happy pleasant treat! 100% every time we visit! The drinks are amazing – the Pina Colada is a favorite, the best I’ve ever had! The drink/cocktail menu is extensive. The food is fantastic – the pastrami sandwich reminds me of something I would get on the streets of New York. Highly recommend the specials. We have never left hungry or disappointed, and we make a point of stopping here.
