I really wanted to have a nice chicken parm sandwich, gave minelli’s a chance. Sandwich was very Small for $15. No sauce, with lots of cheese. Very dry, bland chicken that tasted like it was fried last week. I will not return, very disappointed.

Ordered food at 230pm for 510pm. When I went to pick it up they canceled the order at literally 510pm as i was pulling in the parking lot! They said they would refund my $83.00 order in three days! Very disappointed as I now do not have dinner for my guests and I will not be refunded for three days! Thanks for ruining my evening Menellis!

Fantastic ravioli and great customer service. The sauce is just like my best friend’s nonna’s sauce. They even added an extra meatball on the house. Will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Sault Ste Marie!

Had a lasagna from here and the noodles were bland and over cooked. I will admit that it was from my family bringing it home 8 hours away but still the sauce had no flavour meat was gross and I can honestly say I’ve had better store bought frozen lasagna.
