My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really fresh, good and beautifully displayed. The service was very very basic and our table was not served or offered water
The atmosphere was nice so I only took off 1* for the service.
Overall I’m definitely be back

This place is amazing! From the service to the food, everything was excellent. My server, Laura, was wonderful — very attentive and helpful. She took her time to share her knowledge and experience, helping me choose a drink I would truly enjoy. She really made my visit one of the best and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you’re looking for in an Asian buffet. All the classics plus more. I wish the crab legs were warm, but the quality of all the other seafood makes up for it. Great sushi selection. Better desserts than you would expect. Says she me excellent. There’s even an assortment of soups on the far left side if you go. Service is always a really kind person so bonus points for that. Never gotten a tummy ache from here. A classic for me and my family.

Had some work on pembroke pines today and stopped off at this Japanese buffet all the food looks fresh. But the sushi is cut very thin. Mongolian bbq was excellent with a variety of choices that you want them to cook. The Chinese part of the buffet I didn’t care for and had minimal choices unlike other buffets. .

Very good restaurant, food is absolutely amazing, they have pretty much everything for dinner: sushi, sashimi, caviar, steaks, duck, salmon, amazing steamed flounder, all types and sorts of shrimp, chicken, and everything else you can imagine.
The pictures attached show more or less for what’s available. The desert selection is a bit poor, but tasty. 8 types of ice cream (although no sugar-free option, unfortunately). Fruits include watermelon, green melon, pineapple, orange, and dragon fruit with the white inside.
We paid around $33 per person for Dinner in July of 2025.
Restrooms are clean, no paper towels, one dryer was broken.
If there is one thing I could suggest is that the music volume needs to be way down – my eardrums didn’t thank me for visiting the place. Or, better yet, use some instrumental music instead.

Let’s start with the positives.
The food is amazing! Good selection of seafood and asian cuisine and a huge variety of sushi. The price might be slightly too high for this place, but it’s hard to complain with a few dollars more when the food is good.
Now to the negatives.
The atmosphere is very strange for a Japanese buffet, and it was hard to ignore. The music blaring over the speakers is an odd selection of pop songs that are loud enough that people have to talk very above average volume in order to be heard. This makes for a very chaotic dining experience and can be very easily over stimulating. There’s also a dozen TVs on the wall, with about half of them turned to CNN. Now I can’t be alone when I say I don’t want to watch politics while I’m eating, and I especially don’t want to be forced to watch one of the worst news stations.
So despite the food, the atmosphere makes this place very difficult to resist. If I do bring my faculty back, I hope the atmosphere has changed.

Went here for lunch the other day. The sushi options were great, everything I had tasted good. Looking forward to going back.

Located on Pines Blvd between University and Flamingo, this sushi, Chinese, and hibachi buffet calls home in the old Golden Corral space. I have been here several times over the last couple years it has been open and it’s always a consistent solid experience. Some of the visits the food has been a little better than others, but overall the food is tasty and a big variety. Staff is always around so you can definitely find someone if you need something. There is plenty of space and they can certainly handle a large group. The have sesame balls which are my faves and another fried ball of something right next to it, which is amazing. Hibachi is always solid with lots of options and sauces. They can do quite a few at a time so the wait is never too long. Dessert options are standard for buffet, just be cautious if they are just putting out the creme brûlée. They torch the sugar there and the dishes can get hot! Overall it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area looking for a good, quick, fresh sushi buffet.
