Nice place for some wholesome food especially if you don’t want to have a sub or burger for lunch. At Minas you can select from a buffet of sides including Sauteed Vegetables, fried plantains, yuca, roasted Vegetables, black beans ; pinto beans, salad, rice, potatoes, and roasted meats to include chicken, chicken and bacon, ribs, steak, spicy sausage, chicken sausage, chicken heart and pork.

Ran into this restaurant while doing temp jobs. It was so good to my surprise. I’m very picky with food and it’s good. Not sure if they have different food everyday, but the day I went, everything was good. I got 3 portions and paid around $50 with drinks and desert.
