I drove pass this restaurant almost daily because it’s near my job and one day. I just decided to pull over and give it a try. Now it’s my favorite Asian restaurant, hands-down the highest quality, the best flavor and the portion sizes are amazing. Everything tastes fresh and whenever I want Asian style food, I will only go to Min Min kitchen. 12/10

I’ve been wanting to order from MINMIN’s since they opened and I wish I did it sooner! I ordered their chicken and broccoli dinner special with pork fried rice and egg roll (only $14.45). The young lady that took my order over the phone and cashed me out was very nice. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The picture is about 1/2 the portion…enough for 2 meals. I’m so happy they’re in town and I’ll definitely go back…again and again 🙂

Typical small Chinese restaurant with a decent selection of items. The food was good, not the best I’ve had, but certainly very good for a small local restaurant. They had a lot of vegetarian options (veggies, tofu). The hot and sour soup was decent. Some of the dishes were a bit heavy on the oils, but I find that with most Chinese restaurants. I’ve been to some excellent Chinese restaurants in the area, and this place does not compare. However it’s good, decent Chinese food, and a good option if it’s close to your home. Take out is the best option here.

Excellent food at Min Min Kitchen! all of the food options are delicious and probable the most scratch made Chinese around. Highly recommend anything off their menu. Staff is also kind and very helpful!

I wish I could rate this place higher. South Hadley needs a good Chinese restaurant. We orderered a pu pu for 2, a General Tso’s chicken, and a house special fried rice. The rice was decent, but the other two items were not very good. The General Tso’s chicken pieces were cut paper thin, all dough, and fried to the point of being almost unchewable. The pu pu platter contents: wings, rangoons, egg roll, chicken fingers, and steak teriyaki were ok, but a little dry; the fried shrimp were disgusting and tasted like overly salted dead fish and had to be tossed out; the boneless ribs tasted good, but were like thin leather shoelaces that chewed like beef jerky. We had to pay extra for duck sauce and hot mustard that were not in packets. I hope they turn this place around, because it is so convenient. If not, then we will take the drive to Monsoon Bistro in Holyoke.

Ever since other Chinese restaurants have closed, we are hard pressed to find quality food. Min Min doesn’t fit the bill. The food always has a weird texture. The crab Rangoon were soft and pure mush, the chicken fingers have this very strange batter on them. The fried rice is soft and has a burnt charcoal like taste, the entrees are heavily gooped with tasteless sauce. Again, all the food has a weird taste. It’s almost chemical in nature. We are not picky eaters and a family of four threw $85 worth of food in the trash.

Would not recommend this restaurant suggest going to one of the 10 other chinese food places nearby
ordered pickup from this location and got lo mien which I purchased with the add on of extra vegetables and extra mushrooms instead they basically removed any vegetables in the dish apart from practically 2 peices of mushroom and the noodles were very over cooked to the point it was basically porridge
Also got Hot and Sour soup which was neither hot nor sour the only distinguishable flavor was oil
Lastly the boneless spare ribs were alright but other places are far superior
Dont think ill be coming again

This was one of the most underwhelming meals I’ve had in a while. Everything we ordered was just bland. The crab rangoons were 95% cream cheese, the meats were under seasoned, the chicken fingers were battered in some kind of soft cake and not crispy, and the rice was just weird. We have been looking forward to trying their food for a while. We’ll stick with the other local places from now on.

First time trying the food here. Excellent. Was in search of good shrimp and lobster sauce and coconut shrimp. So yummy. Easy online ordering. Excellent.

Super super clean inside. I was very impressed. I thought it was a house, but it’s a cute little restaurant. The daughter was pretty patient and taught me the real name of my favorite dish, Singapore Mei Fun, not Chow Mei Fun. I didn’t care for the chicken, and it wasn’t spicy at all. However, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant insured another visit. I opted out of the photo next time around, and I’m sure it will be picture worthy. I absolutely will post an update
