Very disappointed, everything in the fried rice was undercooked, egg rolls that have only cabbage in them. Overall very unhappy. We like to support local businesses, but unfortunately, we will never be back at Min Fen again.

Very nice Chinese restaurant, friendly people and great menu selection. Small inside, only a couple of tables but lots for take out. I was really happy & impressed with such a nice family business in small town western Massachusetts. Thank you Min Fen Kitchen, I look forward to eating here again!

You either like it or u dont. Rice is usually dry and bland. Also one major thing they do i dont like, they cut wings in half and count them as 2 wings so u actually get half of what you expect.

Overpriced for the mediocre food & surprisingly small portions. Have learned the tricks of these kinds of places – you order pad thai or fried rice and it’s all noodles or rice and sauce, nothing else except maybe a few flecks of vegetables – so I asked for extra vegetables. I don’t know if they charged me for extra vegetables since the prices weren’t as advertised. But they definitely didn’t give me anything I’d consider “extra” vegetables & the only veg was peas and carrots. It couldn’t have been made more cheaply, but they weren’t charging Top Ramen noodle pack prices – they were charging like you were in a proper restaurant. Little bit of a bummer & I regret going there at all.

I been going here on and off for years hoping that the chicken fingers would be good again. Ever since Covid the chicken fingers have been over cooked like I’m chewing on leather. I remember them being so delicious even the ones at the booth they had at the belchertown fair. Maybe they changed where they get the chicken fingers maybe they have someone else making them in house but something needs to change.

Always happy with food. We once ordered a soup that needed to be vegetarian but we forgot to ask while ordering. We called and instead of brushing us off with a quick response, the person who answered went to double check with the chef who prepared it. To me, that’s above and beyond.

My husband loves the chicken teriyaki on a stick so I drove from Palmer to Belchertown to get some crab rangoon’s which have a good amount of filling and some chicken wings. the food is great and the staff is also very friendly
