Lucky us to be staying right by Mim’s during our stay on St. Thomas! You can’t beat the location on the water with a nice patio and indoor area to choose from. We had three fantastic dinners there. The food and service each night were top notch. Excellent seafood dishes and the drinks were wonderful too. Highly recommend any of their seafood pastas, the lobster dishes and the crab dip. If we get back to St. Thomas, Mim’s will be our first stop. Thank you to the wonderful staff from the Moneymakers!

Wonderful hidden gem right on the water’s edge. We had a lovely anniversary dinner. We both had lobster. My husband’s was baked and mine was curried. Our server Joan was wonderful and we also had a nice chat with Lee-Chang the manager/owner. All in All, a beautiful time near the water.

We had a wonderful experience here. The food was excellent, the service was stellar, and the beach view created a beautiful atmosphere. We came to celebrate a birthday and the staff made the birthday girl feel so special, which we truly appreciated.
I ordered the shrimp and crab pasta and it was rich, delicious, and so filling that I turned it into two meals, making it well worth the price. Overall, a great spot for good food, great service, and a memorable evening. Highly recommend.

Lobster was very unique & original. I got the King Crab Legs and it was $125 for less than 1/2 pound of king crab and it was a touch soggy. This was our big dinner for the vacation and I would give it a B. Our waitress Pat was very nice.

Mim’s Seafood is an absolute gem in St. Thomas! The service was excellent from start to finish, and Joan was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was incredible – fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The entire team was lovely and created such a warm, inviting atmosphere.

This is our favorite restaurant on the entire island! We’ve come back every year for the past 5+ years, and it is consistently incredible — amazing food, service and atmosphere every single time. It’s one of the only places where you can get true king crab legs, and all of the seafood is always fresh and delicious. Servers Joan and Bubbles are both wonderful and make the experience even better. Really good people. Book a reservation. The restaurant sits right off the beach, and if you get there early enough to catch the sunset it’s beautiful — but a dark, moonlit dinner there is just as special. We truly can’t say enough good things about this place! Pay them a visit!
