We did the $20 all-you-can-drink mimosas and they were SO worth it! The mimosas were perfectly balanced — not too much juice, not too strong — just right. They kept them coming without us ever having to ask, which made brunch even better.
And Heaven was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience so much fun. Even when it got busy, she stayed on top of everything and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tables.
10/10 brunch experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Mimosas is a fantastic new spot on the corner of Chapman Highway and E Blount Ave in a walkable area of South Knoxville.
The Atmosphere: The openness of the setting is perfect – garage doors open to a walk-up bar on the patio facing Chapman Highway and the Henley Street Bridge. Televisions are everywhere, making it an excellent location for watching sports while enjoying brunch.
Drinks: I started with a properly spiced Bloody Mary made with Windy Acres tomato sauce, the perfect amount of horseradish, and an Old Bay rim that made the cocktail top-notch.
The Food: I had the Smoked Salmon Benedict, which was absolutely delicious. The touch of fresh dill complemented the well-prepared Hollandaise sauce perfectly. The eggs were just the right temperature to add to the sauciness of the plate.
But the star of the day was the Ricotta Toast – or as I’m calling it, “The Hendrix.” Though it’s listed as a starter, this dish was the right size for an afternoon brunch. The flavors packed onto the ample cut of wheat toast created an explosion of flavor worth writing this review for. Bite-size fig halves and pine nuts were served atop the lemon ricotta and drizzled with balsamic reduction. This dish deserves a rockstar name – it’s that good.
Overall: Mimosa is a fantastic addition to the South Knoxville brunch scene. The quality of ingredients, attention to detail, creative menu, and sports-friendly atmosphere make this a must-visit spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was awesome! My wife had the mushroom pipette and I had the fish and chips, we also shared the loaded potato soup. Troy treated us great and we’ll be back for sure, maybe to try brunch.

One of the best restaurants in Knoxville! Huge menu with great options for brunch and lunch. We loved the salads, crab cakes, and it was maybe the best ricotta toast we’ve ever had. We weren’t drinking but they have such great options—alcoholic, N/A, and even cali-sober. Super friendly and quick service from Elijah, we’ll be back!

We had a lovely first time at Mimosa’s! The food was fantastic, and our server Elijah was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The coffee selection was a great plus, and the booths are cozy and spacious. The only negative comment I have is that we were here for brunch, and there are more TV’s in this restaurant than I have ever seen in any breakfast spot. It was a bit distracting, and I don’t know if anyone was watching them. That being said, we would absolutely return because the service was fantastic, and so was the food! Pictured here are the Philly cheese steak Benedict, the croque madame, and the cab cakes Benedict.
