First visit on a Sunday, just after noon. All seats filled when we arrived, but they still got us seated within about 5-10 minutes.

All the activity led to a pretty high noise level. Not excessive, but enough to make casual conversation a little tricky.

In fairness, towards the end of our visit it did get significantly quiter, so maybe just plan around peak times…

Menu was excellent – filled with lots of options and fun things to try. We all chose breakfast items this time, but seeing some of the lunch items gave us motivation to get a return visit and see how some of the other dishes taste.

I got the stuffed French Toast (pictured) – great taste and texture, and very nice presentation. Extra points for having sugar free syrup available.

Sides of Grits and Bacon were great as well. The grits were seasoned with very creamy butter, and the bacon tasted like high quality meat and had extremely generous portions.

Orange Juice was fresh-squeezed and coffee was robust but not bitter. Our server was very attentive and kept everyone refilled right on cue.

High quality food and great service, definitely recommend.

Very good experience for the first time comming here. My wife got the lamb Gyro which was very well seasoned. She upgraded to French fries on the side for an additional $2.50. She liked them, but they were very salty to my taste. I had the cheese blintzes which were topped with cut fresh strawberries amd a sweet straberry syrup. This dish was also very good. I just wish the cheese filling wasn’t sweetened with strawberry juice, since it was already on top. I prefer a more traditional, less sweet cheese filling. If I want it sweeter, I can always add some sugar on top, but with the strawberries as is, nothing more was needed. A very food dish overall. The only real negative for us was the rather bland coffee. It needs to be a bit stronger to be worth the $3.99 price. We definetly will be back to try some of the other menu items and maybe try their cappachino.

Nice addition to the Suntree area. A bit snug inside, but the warm friendly staff keep things moving along with a smile. We visited on a Sunday morning just after 10AM. There was a 20 minute wait for a table, but we took seats at the counter with no wait. The food was excellent – each of our meals were easily two meals, so a good value. Things behind the counter, with it’s opening to the kitchen offers a good view of the ‘workings’ of the place. Might not be to everyone’s taste, but we enjoyed it. Offers a military discount.

Our first time here. We arrived at 9:30, although there was just a few minute wait we chose to sit at the bar. We had coffee and water and I had the corned beef hash skillet, my husband had the chorizo skillet (which is actually served in a bowl) the food was flavorful and sitting at the bar you can see a variety of food leaving the kitchen. I could also hear the cooks being very communicative when orders came in. Seems everyone works as a team. Mimosas and beer are also available.

Great new brunch spot in Suntree!
We just visited the new MiMosa’s and had a fantastic experience. We ordered the red velvet pancakes, the breakfast burrito with bacon, and the traditional eggs Benedict. Everything was delicious, but the eggs Benedict was spectacular—the hollandaise sauce was perfect, and the eggs were cooked just right.
Honestly, the sweet potatoes were the star of the show for me; they were perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also really appreciated the zero-alcohol mimosa option. It was fun to still enjoy a fancy drink with friends while abstaining from alcohol!
The service was great, and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Went on Sunday February 15th for a little Valentine’s brunch with my girlfriends. We were greeted right away, staff were all very polite and welcoming. I believe our waitress was Kim, I forgot to ask her name but she wore glasses and had brown hair in a ponytail. She was very quick with her service even though it was pretty busy which we really appreciated because we were HUNGRY haha. To drink we ordered iced and a hot coffee and it was delicious. Definitely some of the best coffee I’ve had. My friends did say the coffee tasted a little watered down but I thought it was fine so it could just be personal preference there. The menu was large and had a great variety of sweet and savory options all at a great price. They also have a great variety of mimosas which we didn’t end up ordering but we will be trying next time we’re in. We ended up ordering the blueberry French toast, lemon poppyseed pancakes, banana hazelnut crepes, chicken and waffles, the berry yogurt parfait and a side of bacon. First the blueberry French toast was absolutely amazing. The bread was almost cake like and so fluffy and it wasn’t overly sweet like a lot of French toast can be. Was not expecting the texture but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lemon poppyseed pancakes were so light and fluffy and had a great lemon flavor that tasted super fresh. It came with a bit of cream cheese icing and blueberries on top. The combo of lemon and blueberry is definitely one of my favorites and it was perfectly done. Another favorite combo of mine is banana and hazelnut and these crepes were delicious. The edges were lightly crispy which I really enjoyed. The chicken and waffles are a classic. The waffle was nice and fluffy and the chicken was seasoned nicely. Can’t go wrong with a classic like that. The bacon was crispy which is just how I like it. Finally the yogurt parfait had the perfect ratio of fruit, granola and yogurt. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. This is my new favorite brunch spot.

This was my first visit to mimosas, my husband and I came for lunch on a Thursday around 1 o’clock. We had to drive around several times to find parking. We did have a short wait of about 10 to 15 minutes before we were seated.
I ordered the Chicken sandwich with grilled vegetables, avocado, and provolone cheese on whole wheat bread and I paid an extra 250 for french fries instead of the chips. My husband ordered the breakfast BLT.
He was happy with his sandwich, although he did not feel that it was worth $14.
The first thing I noticed is that my sandwich is on grilled or toasted bread, which I do not care for and it did not say that on the menu. The bread was rather greasy, and the veggies and avocado inside were kind of a mush .
When I brought it to their attention, they said yes the sandwiches are all grilled, and I said that it should be mentioned on the menu as such.
They didn’t offer any substitution, but my husband said could she have two pieces of wheat bread, please? They did bring two pieces and I removed the chicken and mushy veggie and avocado and put it on the bread and made my own sandwich. The overall taste was good, but the chicken was rather dry and chewy. And as far as the fries, they were heavily Salted, Which I am not a fan of. I ordered the basic classic mimosa, which was 899. It basically tasted like good orange juice, there was no evidence of any bubbly added to the top of the orange juice.
For our total bill of this short of $50, not counting gratuity, I am not in a rush to go back here for lunch. Maybe we will try breakfast next time.

The food portions were good. My order of hash brown potatoes was so large I took half home. I had a Belgian Waffle and asked for it to be crispy and it was. However I found the waffle flavor lacking as well as the Maple Syrup. We plan to return and try other selections on our next visit.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
They made me a very healthy breakfast three scrambled eggs, avocado, spinach, and sausage, with “fresh” squeezed orange juice. Yes, I said “fresh squeezed orange juice”. A large was not enough. It was so good.
So proud of The whole family and the team they have put together.
For breakfast lunch or brunch highly recommend this place please give it a try.

Middle of the road experience

Everyone was polite and courteous.

Server very prompt at the start. Once food arrived she disappeared. Never came back to ask if we needed a refill on drinks or how the food was.

Waffle was good. Nice cook and flavor. However the chicken strips that came with it, tasted like a freezer.

Biscuits and gravy were ok. Biscuits were decent, gravy , if homemade, had too much stock in it. Gave it the straight out of a can taste and gelatinous texture

Over easy eggs cooked well.

Menu has enough intriguing items on it to give it another go or two.
