Customer service and atmosphere is exceptional every time. Food hits the spot and will leave satisfied. If you looking for the most authentic Vietnamese Thai food with a touch of Hmong this place is by far the best in town. MK eats being tied and Golden Eggroll on second place. Mimi’s spring rolls and peanut sauce is close to being the traditional authentic Vietnamese version. Fresh veggies, herbs, shrimp, and pork. Meat eggrolls are made with a perfect portion of meat, veggies, and seasoning. The sauce is not from bottle but made freshly. Most places you can hardly see or taste any meat. Might as well order and get charged for a veggie eggroll. Vietnamese pho soup broth hits the spot every time. With a balance of savory herbs and tender meat. Their side veggie condiments are always fresh. I love this place. I am an experienced foodie who try many traditional cultural foods. From homemade to restaurant styles. The best restaurants are the ones who stay true to the authentic and traditional dishes to share with the community. I am proud of this business for staying true to the culture and authenticity. I highly recommend Mimi if you want the most authentic traditional experience of south East Asian food. The price is very reasonable and not over priced. The only recommendation I have is cleaning off the sauce condiments. It was a bit sticky to touch.

The food are just okey
my first time I came with a friend took me there and I got the Thai Curry the taste is just so so and my friend had pho noodles I tried some, it was better than the curry but the soup was a little sweet, and I got a glass of Thai coffee just so so too. Ok well maybe it’s all about the taste and everyone has their own opinion. So you guys come and give a try not that bad

Wow! I searched “soup” in Google Maps and came across this gem! The reviews don’t lie; the broth is so flavorful and delicious. I’m quite picky about pho, and Mimi’s Kitchen made me want to drink up the whole bowl. I ordered a large, which is a great portion for a filling dinner (I chose beef and meatball). I ate their giant and refreshing spring rolls as an appetizer (split with my husband), which combined with the pho made me very, very full, so I will order the regular size pho next time, hahaha. Service was friendly and prompt, and plenty of seating to go around. I highly recommend this place for delicious pho and spring rolls!

I love Mimi’s kitchen! My family has been going for a few years now and i’ve even put my friends and customers at work onto them:)
The food is always very flavorful and fresh, and everyone is always very attentive about the quality and taste of everything !!
All of the employees are always super friendly and happy to help especially and older guy who looks in his 20’s.
Overall you can never go wrong with going to Mimi’s when trying to debate where to eat lunch or dinner:)
If i had one piece of advice it would be to add some background music in restaurant and advertise on socials if at all possible!!

Food was great, staff was super friendly. I can’t believe the place was empty with how fairly priced this food was compared to other places. The spring rolls were bigger than competitors and cheaper. The spicy wings are great sized and very tasty. Line should be out the door. I will be back!

This is a very very new restaurant that just opened and overall it is ok. I would rate it overall 3.5-4 stars. I think the owners need a lot of help such as busting, waiting, register, and etc. I was happy to see the restaurant so busy but I felt bad for 1 person doing everything because they had no help. The service was relatively slow because they are very short in staffs. The eggrolls were good, very moist, and had good balance of meat, veggies, and noodle (5/5). The pad Thai was plain and not much flavor (2/5). The the combination fried rice was LEGIT, it was warm, moist, and good flavor (5/5). The papaya salad wasn’t as good as expect (2/5). The appetizer chicken wings were big, crispy, and well cooked (5/5). The laab wings were cooked well and well seasoned, but it didn’t taste much like laab (3/5). The pho wasn’t as flavorful as expected (2/5). The sticky rice was very good and perfect texture (5/5). These are my personal reviews. Would like to see how other people rate the food as well. I think the restaurant has good room for improvement and I will always support small mom/pop restaurants like this. Thanks!

We ordered Beef & Meatball PHO, Chicken Pad Kra Pow & Roasted chicken wings.
Pho was average, we didn’t like the roasted chicken wings it was way too dry & totally bland.
The Pad Kra Pow was really well made.
Our server was very sweet & the service was quick.

My experience with Pho is very limited. However, I thought food is good and worth a try.

I had fast service, food came out fast and fresh.

Upon being seated, you have the standard assortments used for Pho: hot oil, fish floss, hoisin sauce, and sriracha.

I purchased cheese wantons and an egg roll. Both were good and are solid starters. Serving sizes are small, but good.

My main courses were sausage and sticky rice and beef & meatball Pho.

Sticky rice was fantastic. Be warned, it’s like eating a sleeping pill, and you will get filled fast. The sausage was ok. I think the problem for me was I ordered too much food. I didn’t give the proper attention for the sausage. Furthermore, I’d give it another try.

First time eating Pho. I think the broth was ok by itself. Adding in sriracha, hot oil, and all the sides really made the dish standout. If you use the hot oil, ITS NUMMY. You’ll be smiling.

Some of my food associates have echoed the Papaya salad is worth a try too.

I firmly believe the food served here is at least a 4. Mind you, I have no prior experience eating Pho. It’s a nice having an alternative Asian restaurant for the La Crosse area.

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The front of the house was spotless. Clean restaurant means clean food.

My service time was at 4:30 on a Friday. I would try Mimi’s Kitchen again for the Pho or sticky rice and sausage by themselves.

Came in the afternoon. Service was a bit slow. Pho is 7/10, not to bad and not the greatest.

We had pad thai, red curry, egg rolls and stuffed wings. Medium spice definitely has some kick to it. Pad thai was delightful, curry was sweet yet bold and flavorful. Stuffed wings didn’t quite live up to expectations, but still good nonetheless. Excellent, attentive service.
