It is with great sadness that we must inform you, Mimi’s Cupcakes & more will no longer be operating from our spot in downtown Saint Joseph. The truck will also be closed as we figure out our future. Thank you for many great years! We hope to work out a plan for Mimi’s to continue at some point in a new location. Mimi’s Cupcakes offers over 70 varieties of cupcakes, all baked from scratch daily. Visit our store or cupcake truck to select from our daily cupcake selections, or pre-order a day ahead of time to get the flavors/quantities you desire.

We hired Mimi’s Cupcakes for our wedding to do our wedding cake and cupcakes and Heather did an AMAZING job. Heather was our favorite vendor as she was the easiest to work with. Any questions we had, she responded in a very timely manner, she had fair prices and the cupcakes and cake were delicious!!
We ordered 100 cupcakes and a small cutting cake used her cupcake stand to set them up to look like a large wedding cake which saved us money as you normally need to pay wedding venues to cut cakes for you.
When dropping our cake stand off the next day, Heather also congratulated us and we got some more cupcakes which were again, so tasty!

Who drives almost an hour and a state over for cupcakes? I do!!!!!!
Mimi’s cupcakes are the BEST cupcakes I have ever had.
Of course I picked the hottest day of the year to take a drive to St. Joseph.
I tried to plan my day in how I was going to get these cupcakes home without them melting and doing some sightseeing.
Heather was so kind. She kept them at the shop until I was done sightseeing to insure they wouldn’t melt.

Ordered from their truck by the beach. These were SO delicious! Honestly I never eat the frosting on cupcakes, but these were so good! The flavors were spot on, not overloaded on sweetness, and super moist. I can’t remember all the flavors that were on here but the cookie dough I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I bought our wedding cupcakes from Mimi’s. The cupcakes themselves were delicious, moist, and extremely pleasant to eat. Our guests were very complimentary about them! We loved the balance of sweetness and richness (neither too much) of each flavor.
Heather was exceptionally helpful while we were planning. She arranged a tasting that let us sample a number of flavors before coming to our final choice (our chosen flavors were ‘Pumpkin’, ‘Raspberry Wedding Cake’, and ‘Andes Mint’– each one differently and wonderfully delicious). She was happy to accommodate our handful of guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten “friendly”, etc.) with separately packaged and well-labeled extras. Finally, she was very flexible about pick-up options for the cupcakes, enabling us to pay online and send a family member to do the pickup on our behalf. The cupcakes came in packaging that was easy to transport without damaging the cupcakes’ well-designed aesthetic.
Heather’s help made for delicious wedding desserts and less stress on the wedding day itself. We highly recommend her business.

Mimi’s cupcakes are fantastic! We got married on 08-04-2019 and chose Mimi’s to make the cupcakes for our luncheon. We were able to do a taste testing a couple months before the wedding and we were very impressed. They were delivered to the venue as promised and our guests loved them! So many flavors to choose from but we settled on chocolate chip cookie dough and raspberry wedding cake. Everyone left very satisfied 🙂 We are very happy we chose Mimi’s!

On June 13th my granddaughter had cupcakes with small cake on top for cutting for her wedding. The presentation was great, but more importantly ‘amazing tasting cupcakes’. The chocolate was fantastic, the cookie dough and lemon blueberry were heavenly! Best cupcakes I’ve ever had!!! I only wish that the cupcakes could be shipped as I live in Massachusetts.

Elvie / Mimi’s Cupcakes made our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were AMAZING! All our guests loved them, they were beautiful and delicious! We loved our blueberry buckle wedding cake, as well, her design for the cake was so gorgeous! Loved working with Elvie and definitely highly recommend!
