Excellent lunch there with friends. Felix was out waiter/bartender. He was great! Made the best drinks and gave helpful answers to some questions we had about the menu. The food was so good! We all agreed it was some of the best we’ve had in a very long time. Atmosphere was festive in this holiday time. Definitely go there!

Absolute 5 stars!!!! Outstanding FOOD, SERVICE, and ATMOSPHERE tonight. Our Daisy Troop with their family were wined & dined before sending the girls and their guest off to a special “Dance just for Me” event.

Mima’s staff were wonderful, food was delicious, as well as, prompt and hot. Thank you!!! You are the best.

Everything was delicious and the place is very cozy. Short rib was amazing and fall apart tender. Calimati was lightly fried and not heavy. Good cocktail list and a few good beers to choose from.

Great meal, great service, love the artichokes, the meatballs, the calamari, the Bolognese, it’s a long list. Been here many times and enjoyed each visit. Only issue is the off-putting music that started playing over the sound system during dinner. I have no issue if you want to play a little Sinatra or something easy to listen too but this was pretty harsh and definitely had impact on the conversation at our table. May want to rethink that. Otherwise, all was very good.

Hate to write this but….. place was empty when we got there….waitress was good, attentive…. after a few more people came in and our dinner came out….. she totally forgot about us, she like never returned to our table, never checked on our drinks….we just waited and waited….asked for dessert and waited some more…lack of customer service skills… disappointing. Food was good, place is very nice.

This was a great find! We decided to try a new restaurant for the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week and this one caught my eye. While they were not participating in the fixed menu the night we went….we were more than happy to order several items on the menu to share. Everything was delicious! The homemade pasta was outstanding, flavoring spot on, and such a variety to choose from. We will definitely be returning.

Spectacular meal. Make sure you order at least one dish that includes artichokes. They are, without a doubt, the most amazing artichokes I’ve ever eaten. Of course, all of their dishes are incredible. I started with the Rucola, which was fresh, tasty, and of course, included the best artichokes of all time. I then had the Pollo Scarpariello. The sweet peppers and sausage, which were part of this masterpiece, made this one of the most memorable entrees I’ve ever eaten. I topped off the meal with a Tartufo. Not surprisingly, it was out of this world; the chocolate was not too sweet, and the whipped cream was creamy and delicious. In addition to the great food, the service was top notch. Our server was friendly, accomodating, and very efficient. Overall, a great dining experience. Oh, and don’t forget the artichokes.

Just moved to Irvington and Mima exceeds expectations. Pros: Friendly service, food really quite good thus far (we will be back). Only observations so far are wines by the glass list could stand more choices and it isn’t priced for every day dining if you’re ordering entrees.

An excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Irvington, New York. The staff was friendly, attentive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was delicious and I can highly recommend the ravioli and mama’s meatballs were some of the best I’ve ever had. The tartufo was a wonderful way to finish off the meal and the chef even found a way to include a candle, in a strawberry, to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. The only complaint I have is that it got a bit noisy as the restaurant filled up. An unfortunate side effect of being such a popular spot. Thanks for a great meal and singing happy birthday to my mother.

The food was not good but incredible.
I had a butternut squash gnocchi that tasted like it was so full of flavor I can’t wait to come back.
Luckily I also had the shrimp scampi, the best ever anywhere hands down!!!
