This restaurant has lots of options to choose from. If none of the specialty burgers interest you, you can customize and make your own. The “golf size” cheese curds were good. The Milwaukee Style burger I got was quite tasty and very large. Lots of options for sides. The service was great and they checked in often to make sure we were satisfied. For a weekday evening, it was quite packed! There’s lots of fun things to eat and drink here, plus a great place to watch sports.

We stopped at Milwaukee Burger Company while in Hudson and had a mixed experience.
The burger I ordered had good flavor, but it ended up being pretty dry even with sauce on it. It was also hard to eat as a burger — the tostada layer made it difficult to get a proper bite, so I ended up eating most of it with a fork. My partner ordered the cheese curd burger, but the curds were huge and he ended up removing them to make it manageable.
On the positive side, the beer-battered fries were excellent — crispy, flavorful, and probably the highlight of the meal for me. The cheese curds themselves were also pretty good (as you’d hope being just across the Wisconsin border).
The atmosphere felt like a typical sports-bar setup, with lots of TVs and a focus on burgers, wings, and drinks — a good spot for watching a game or grabbing casual food with friends. For us, it worked fine as a place to stop and eat, but it’s not somewhere I’d necessarily make a special trip across the border to visit again.

We stopped in after looking at places to move. The food was really good. I had the bacon & chicken fajita salad, we had nachos kids meal, and a Wisconsin Cheese burger. We will definitely come back here for a meal. I didn’t try their Bloody Mary’s selection but I will try next visit.

They have gluten free. Burger buns and a build your own option, which means I can build a burger I can eat! They do have a shared fryer, so it depends on your allergy/sensitivity level if it will be safe for you. I enjoyed the gluten free cider too!

Excellent place to dine in Hudson! Would 100% come back whenever we’re in town.
We went there to try the famous cheese curd and beer since it is our first time ever in WI. The food is generously portioned and more than reasonably priced. Everything we got tastes amazing. And the staff are beyond helpful with recommendations, friendliness, and patience.

Our second time here. We like their basic bloody mary’s . They have a nice menu selection. We got an order of onion rings to start. Had a different type crunchy batter. Hubby loved them. I could taste a slight tangy lemon? flavor I wasn’t fond of. We both wished they had a dipping sauce.
Our server kept up with us and got us our meal order timely and then kept checking in on us.
Hubby got a Philly steak sandwich with fries, loved it, was good. I ordered the chicken tacos. She recommended the sauce on the side since it was spicy. I sure appreciated that because it was. It also had dill pickles on it, which was very strange but at the same time worked well with the spice. While I enjoyed it, I don’t think I would order it again. Not because it wasn’t good, the flavor mixture wasn’t quite my style.
It was a Friday night so we had a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t bad. Couple drinks, a couple beers, and dinner was reasonably priced.
We will return. we would suggest you checking it out.

First time at a Milwaukee Burger! Service was great, bloody’s were very good. On tap rootbeer was a hit and the food was fantastic. I highly suggest getting the cheese curd sampler and the pickle fries!!

Yikes. I’ve never been to a Milwaukee Burger Co before but, wow! To bad it’s not a good wow. We stopped by at an off time (230pm on a Monday). Not very busy. So not busy that there was 4 to 6 employees standing around talking to each other.
Nothing like being sat at a dirty booth (which was the most uncomfortable booth in history unless you like a 90° angle) with change I’m assuming was for a tip still left at the table. We ordered some spicy cheese curds for an appetizer and a couple of burgers. After 25 minutes of waiting, our curds came out, and 90 seconds later our burgers arrived. What’s the point of an appetizer if it comes out with the meal? All of it was super duper extra greasy. The jalapeno bacon cheddar burger says it’s infused with jalapenos and bacon but it wasn’t. Both were food service products . At the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend. This place needs a deep clean or complete remodel. Just saying.

6/13/25 4pm. Happy Hour Specials. Great food and service. Busy, but not crowded or loud. Friendly, attentive staff. Complimentary popcorn with various flavor shakers. Greeted promptly. Well staffed. 50 cents for flavored sour cream. 3% charge for using a credit card.

I believe this to be the westmost location this chain at present. They have a consistently good product. I had been mostly familiar with their Eau Claire location, and this one is just as good. The menus have changed noticeably over the past several years, and some old favourites now live only in memory, but there are still plenty of fantastic options to choose from.
