The food was definitely on point. The server at the window wouldn’t listen to my kid when he tried to tell them what he ordered that was wrong. She cut him off told him she took his order , knew what he ordered , and shut the window. There were 4 orders at the window ahead of us. We waited well over 20 minutes for the first order and had ordered a second order while waiting … waited a full 20 for that and it was a grilled cheese and cheese balls. Seems like it would be a great place to eat , if the staff could get it together . As far as food, I had the tenderloin (ordered how I like it) and spicy chili cheese fries, both were great! First visit, but won’t be back. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one.Also watched a man get ignored at window for at least 5 minutes , when he did speak to them to let them know he had a call in order she cut him off and told him she would be with him in a minute.

My family and I just moved out to fordsville. We pass this place everyday and always see people waiting outside or at the drive through. We decided to try it out to support the community. The staff is many young kids just starting out, which I can appreciate the efforts to gain employment and gain some work history. The girl was not very knowledgeable with the menu, but provided friendly customer service. When we got our order, we only got half of it. My husband had to go back and wait for his while I finished mine while it was warm. The burgers were very good and tasteful. Fries needed some sauce and were pretty soggy, I think due to the bag they put them in. I wish the menu had more description about what comes on or with each item. They have a very expanded menu reaching any customers taste buds. Great variety, I just wish I knew more about what I’d be ordering. I also wish there was more seating. Only outside with only two picnic tables. Will we go back, yes! The quality and taste of the burgers out weighed the other areas that may be lacking.

Great food and amazing service. I have ordered quite a bit for dinner for the family. I have never gotten a wrong order or things missing. Food always tastes fresh as well. I’m a huge advocate of eating local, before you turn to national chain restaurants. This place has yet to disappoint me. Some of the food is a little higher priced. But I have nothing to complain about as far as quality. I am always willing to pay for great quality food. Ice cream is incredibly cheap and awesome. Can’t beat the prices if you just want some ice cream. I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the best little hometown burger joints. They have a ton of options for food and shakes. The service is quick for a made to order place. Their prices are exceptional compared to any similar restaurants or even fast food places! I have to stop here any time I’m in the area!!! It’s a must!

Food is good, prices are great. Both times I’ve been there the staff wasn’t very pleasant. They seemed as if we were bothering them by being there. They were so slow that several people who came after me ended up leaving after standing there for 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging them.
