I went to the Cullman location, where a nice young man took my order this morning, December 7, 2025. On the receipt, it said his name was Billy. He was very sweet, respectful, and professional. I really think he would make a very good manager. He always goes over and beyond, and made sure I got everything I needed.

Every location I have visited has been great. Nothing beats a Milo’s burger. Best burger in Birmingham. And their fries are so good and crispy with that seasoning salt. Milo’s is a must stop when I am in town.

The Jasper Milos had an excellent health score, 96 pot of 100, and it showed. The place looked very clean and tidy. I commended the mgr and she said it was her people, and I said, yes you you are the one making sure they follow through. Also food was great, thanks for the good work!

I stopped at the Limestone parkway location at lunch time Saturday 13 during peak lunch time. A large to go order for 10 combos came in to add to the normal lunch time rush. The staff handled everything with professionalism and greeted each guest and kept everything moving during the challenge working as a team. My grilled tender sandwich and fries were delicious and worth the wait.

End of last year had an accident at a remodeled location in Trussville. The drive through has to poles so far from the window you will hit them if you try to get close enough to the window. If you are handicap like myself to cant reach that far so you need to get close. I and several other have hit the poles driving around. It actually cost me alot to have my care repaired. Their insurance claims agent was very rude and said it was all my fault for not paying attention. As Milos mouth piece they made Trussville Milos look very bad. I was actually in the room at Hospice Care at UAB when they called with my brother who is terminal. He not only made me feel worse but argued with me about the accident.

Pelham is the best Milos ever!!! These guys have it right!! Brent and Larry are great managers, and need to share what they are doing with other stores. The staff is friendly, fast, and accurate. What else could you ask for. Raises all around if it’s in the budget, they deserve it. So many businesses are slacking on customer service, not these guys. Thanks Milos

When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted and when I walked up to counter lady named Vernita didn’t even acknowledge me just was staring at counter, so I order and go to sit down and almost done with my food and I look over and there are bugs crawling on the table I’m sitting at. Also none of the tables in the restaurant are clean, and also sams lady isn’t wearing gloves when she is touching food and putting in bags and on plates. Very disappointed

We visited the Milos in Birmingham,Al on Montclair Road on 11/1/20 @1:16 pm.we ordered two cheeseburger combos.when we received our food,the cheeseburgers were cold.While in route to return to the store,I called them to let them know about our sandwiches, an employee answered the phone, I asked for the manager, I heard her tell the manager that someone wanted to speak to them.. The phone was laid down,I was on hold for 5 minutes,the manager never picked up the phone,I entered the store and saw the phone next to the manager, by then I had hung up. The lady who took our money in drive-thru came to the front counter and asked what’s wrong?, I explained why we returned.. she told the manager that our food was cold,and that I had called, she stated that she never got a call,I replied that I had been on the phone waiting for her to pick it up. She never apologized upon taking the food,nor upon giving the corrected order. Management should run their shift making sure customers have hot fresh food. She lacks in management and customer service. If management lacks leadership, how can they be leaders to the employees,to make sure they serve the customers fresh hot food?
