So I think that the burgers are amazing. It all depends on whether you like the sauce or not. That being said, the chicken fingers are absolutely much better than Guthrie’s. Guthrie’s chicken fingers have been getting smaller and smaller. I am so glad I found out that Milo’s has the best chicken fingers around.

If you don’t like the food, take a good hard look at yourself in the mirror; it’s a southern classic. But the drive thru service is very hit or miss. I come here first thing in the morning to get my toddler a cup of ice, and I can count on one hand how many times someone has responded within the first 5 minutes of them opening. That being said, not the biggest deal, more of an annoyance, since it’s first thing in the morning and I’m sure they have prep to do.

Me and my husband used to come here all the time. recently, he has passed. Milo’s will forever be remembered as a place for good discussions, and good tea . I will forever miss Marty, but he’s in a well rested place now. now I come here with my granddaughter and we laugh and laugh so while the food isn’t the best, the memories are. ☺️

I used to go to this Milos as a kid all the time. I don’t get to pass through Trussville often, but I was able to this past weekend. It was ever better than I remember. Food was hot, people were friendly, and service was quick. I will make an effort to always go to this Milos if I find myself in or near Trussville.

Staff was extremely rude. I had a mobile order that wasn’t ready. I got there 5 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. Order was literally slapped together when I got there as the staff bickered back and forth. They weren’t busy. Sauce was left out. Will never come back to this location again.

Not good. Very disappointed. $52 for four combos. Didn’t even make sandwiches correctly….was supposed to have lettuce and onions on burgers and none of them did. Tea, that Milo’s is famous for was old and sour. Burgers had absolutely zero flavor. No seasoning at all applied while cooking, not even salt or pepper. This was my first visit to a Milo’s restaurant, and it will absolutely be my last!

Food Sucked! Friday afternoin 27 Jan 23, at approximately 4:00. Went through drive, Order a double Cheeseburger combo, 2 single cheeseburger combo, I order all the fries EXTRA CRISPY. Order was over $40.00 fries was not extra crisp they were extra SOGGY. When I called the manager she asked was it on your ticket? Looked at the ticket no extra crisp not on the ticket, she said there the problem it wasn’t on the ticket. Do you want to bring them back? On a late Friday afternoon in Trussville??

When I was standing near the front counter waiting on my food, orders that were coming out seemed to get out of order. Almost like they were randomly grabbing tickets to fill. They were busy and maybe that was part of the craziness. Completing the tickets they could complete while waiting on other food.
