At the window I received a smile and great service from Tremayah. She confirmed my drink before handing it to me. I watched her recount my change before handing it to me to ensure accuracy, and asked me if I needed anything else.
My bag not only contained hot, fresh food but also the sauce I asked for (two of them!), napkins AND a straw. That’s all I ask for or expect with fast food. Tremayah was just an added bonus with her pleasant demeanor and work ethic
But after eating the chicken nuggets that I asked to be cooked fresh. I think I got an idea now what dry dog food tastes like. The nuggets were dry and hard and the fries were barely warm and I ask for all my food to be cooked fresh. This is not the first time i’ve had a bad experience from this location but it is my last time.
When I called to complain about driving home and opening up my food and it was wrong. After I gave her my order and stated that they gave me a regular fry but I ordered a Mega Meal. She goes on to say we don’t even sell regular fries.
What type of manager don’t apologize right away for their mistake. Let me tell you what should have been said but wasn’t.
“Ma’am I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. When you return I will make sure your order is correct. This was a mistake on our end and we want to fix it.”
But No! Companies are hiring anyone that will clock in bad customer service and all. The US companies lose 1.9 Billion a year because of bad customer service. This has to be fixed immediately because it’s a real problem.
