This was the first time me and my wife try this place. I was surprised by the cheerful staff. We did not know what to order and two staff members helped us with the choice of sauce. ( this is a fast food place ) Wife had cold slaw that wasn’t fresh and they made her some fresh without a problem and the cold slaw was very good. The chicken here was good and better than most. We even got a apple pie. 15.oo dollars.

I tried Milos for the first time today. The staff was very happy and friendly the food was very quick. There is something fundamentally wrong with this company as a whole. By far the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life and it costs $11. Save your money go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Me and my wife have never ate at Milo’s before. First let me say the employees here are nicer than most places and are the best for fast food. They gave us sauces to try with French fries and told us about each one. ( remember this is a fast food place ) I got the chicken that’s marinated over night with fries and it was cooked right and NOT greasy. Wife had the cold slaw and fries. Wife said the cold slaw was good and better than most and I thought so to. I will eat at this one again when in the area. They treated me like family. Purchase was fifteen dollars.

Management and employees need to visit another long standing Milo’s. No seasoning in the fries, just a dab of sauce, no bonus piece of burger and the buns were not slapped on the grill. Do not get me wrong, it was still delicious and I am happy they are there. However, I have heard from 4 first time Milo’s visitors and they all said they will not ready at one again. Not a fair shake! Love you guys and will drive to Moody next time.

When we walked in on Friday March 1rst 2024 we had to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes. No one was up front or even visible in the back. When they did appear, they were not friendly. As if we bothered them. After we got our food the 3 if them went out to smoke leaving the restaurant unattended again. The chicken nuggets were awful. The fries were good and fresh.

Fantastic food and service. I had the grilled chicken sandwich combo ($11.00) and my wife had the double hamburger ($12.00). Both were large and very delicious. Milo’s has changed since the last time I ate at one of their restaurants. It is truly an awesome place now!

Have eaten at lots of Milos. The one in Sylacauga is by far the worst. Ordered 2 doubles and loaded crispy fries. Fries were barely done and cold.Little bit of gravy on them but not much. Both hamburgers had next to no gravy and very few onions. I was asked to pull up front and wait. Sat threre 18 minutes and ended up going in side and they were just bagging my order. I thought that at least my fries would be hot. I was wrong. Never go to this Milos if you want the Milos experience. I love Milos but this was not typical Milos.
