Horrible dry old burgers and sour tea bought 3 cheeseburgers and 2 teas over 24 dollars. So old cheese dry and actually so old and dry the meat hard and sause had gotten actually thick.

The way that Milo’s is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don’t seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don’t give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don’t speak but I speak to them.

This is the absolute WORST Milo’s locations that exist!!! I wish that i could post a picture these has to be the ugliest undercooked soggy French fries I have ever seen. I come to this location due to the fact it’s close to Pleasant Grove only to be disappointed on every visit. When I go to any other location the food is GREAT!! The Owner needs to demand greatness for this location it makes you say only in the Hood

I do not recommend going to this location. The lobby is closed and is a drive thru only options. The drive thru is full of pot holes! My food was not prepared correctly, because the lobby is closed I stood outside knocking on the door for several minutes waiting for someone to come to the door. I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be corrected. Not a pleasant experience.

The drive through is full of pot holes, the fence in the back is down and the drive through window has green mold on the wood that needs to be replaced.

If I could give the zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get old chicken. The chicken was so old it was dried and shriveled up. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with ketchup for my sauce. When I opened the bag none if the lids were fasten on the ketchup so I had a ketchup mess . After salvaging what was left after my entire meal was drenched in ketchup the part I got was old. Oh well at least the fries were fresh. The only reason I didn’t take it back is because this location dining area is closed and I didn’t have another 20 min to sit in the drive thru for them to remake it. Don’t worry, I won’t be back.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal from this location when I took it home and ate it. I was met with surprise. There was a bone in my chicken tender. As did further investigation I discovered the chicken tender was in fact a chicken wing. They don’t even sell chicken wings! I am convince they buy pre-made chicken from Walmart and sell it to customers. My fries were also unseasoned. The only good thing about this meal was the sweet tea and it came in a bottle. And the thing is this is not the first time it happened. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
