Just moved to Tooele and we have found the best sub shop in Utah!!! The wheat bread is amazing! Hot Pastrami, Greek dressing, creamy mayo, and toasted to perfection.

This place is amazing. I was referred here by a work colleague and I must say that Milly’s definitely lived up to the hype. One of the best if not the best sub sandwiches I have ever enjoyed.
The first visit I tried the Milly’s Philly. Phenomenal. Such of a delicious blend of steak, onions and cheese and the bread was so good! Perfectly melted and toasted and wholesome goodness.
My second visit I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub with jalapeño ranch dressing. Another home run and amazing delicious sub!
In short, Milly’s Subs is the kind of place you stumble upon once and never forget. The bread is soft with just the right crunch, meats and veggies are piled high and fresh, and every sandwich is made with real care. The staff is friendly, fast, and always gets the order right. Awesome service. I almost wish we would have paid after the food. The service was exceptional. I didn’t catch the girls name working the front counter, but she went above and beyond. I tried the Philly Steak and I would come back again.

We ordered Milly’s Philly and the Turkey Bacon Avocado. Both of these were ordered on wheat bread. The sandwich was decent, but from the first bite, both myself and partner were left with a film of oil on our lips and tongues. There is definitely a generous portion of turkey on the turkey sandwich, but could use more then a few pieces of avocado. The philly cheese steak was ordered with extra cheese whiz, which ended up being the perfect amount. I liked the wheat bread, my partner said he will only get white bread from there from now on. Yes, we will be back, but please cut back on the oil. My sandwich was soggy making napkins absolutely necessary after touching it. The paper wrapper was glistening in oil, and it left a film on our mouths. Good for a soft opening and I hope the AC is fixed soon for you guys!

So I stopped by Milly’s Subs tonight with my wife after hearing all the hype around this little sub shop. Let me tell you something, the place is the real deal. I got the Philly and my wife got the Chicken Bacon Ranch, it was so good. Everyone in the kitchen is talking and smiling, seems like they are having a good time. I don’t know about you guys but when I see people making my food looking like they don’t want to be there, I automatically think my food is not going to be good, so that was refreshing to see these guys enjoy what they were doing. The staff there was super nice. The cashier brought our food right to our table, a lady from the back came out to our table after we were done eating and asked how everything was. Honestly, this place was outstanding. I give it a 10/10. Loved everything about this place.

The veggie sandwich is really good with oil and vinegar! Sometimes we share a foot long. Small area but lots of space, wheelchair accessible. There aren’t many families with kids but it’s kid- friendly. A lot of people come in on their lunch break.

Truly hidden gem in Tooele. Moved here 2 months ago & we’ve already visited 3 times. Quickly has become our go-to sandwich shop. Here’s why:
1. The service. Servers are super attentive and always happy to help with anything you need. They also have a TON of personality. Nevaeh is just amazing and always a joy to talk to.
2. The food. Everything here is incredible. Some of the best pastrami I’ve ever had. The Philly is also not to be missed–tender yet still caramelized beef with a flavorful house-spice blend that brings it all together. The wheat bread is Off. The. Hook. If you think you don’t like wheat bread for a sub, TRY BEFORE YOU DENY! Run, don’t walk, to Milly’s for a truly great sandwich!
3. Atmosphere. Very clean establishment. Family-run and family friendly. They treat you like they’ve known you for years. Why support a bland, lackluster national chain when you have a genuine local spot like this that delivers a level of service and quality of food you won’t get from the other guys?
