My family was really disappointed with this place. The ice cream tasted old and had a strange texture—definitely not fresh or creamy. The prices were way too high for what you get, and honestly not worth it at all. On top of that, the staff (and even the owners) were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone looking for good ice cream or decent service. 0 stars

Amazing experience with the kids. 2 young gentleman took their time and let the kiddos pick their own and place their order. Outside seating and contemporary Christian praise music in the background. Hard to describe how wonderful it felt in there. Sweet treats for your tummy and your soul. You have to visit.

We tried Milly’s Ice Cream Shop for the second time tonight. It was 6:15 pm we were the only customers. I ordered 5 milkshakes, 1 extra thick. Extra thick is $2 more than a regular shake. My total plus tip was close to $45. We watched the staff weigh out the ice cream and the milk. Then proceed to leave part of the shake in the metal cups that they are blended in. I specifically asked if we could have, what appeared to be at least a 1/4 cup of ice cream left in the bottom of the cup and were told no that there wasn’t any ice cream left. This young man had been reprimanded by the young woman for over filling the first cup, which was not even filled to the bottom of the cup lip. The staff were not friendly and like any place I’ll try it twice but I won’t go here again. I feel cheated. Either I’m paying by weight which means I should get everything in the cup or I’m paying by volume which means the cup should be full. I received neither and it was my second time… this tells me this is a business practice not a mistake.

Owners are great and super friendly. Generous scoops are usually given except with the new lady working there. Medium cup was ordered to share and it looks like a kiddie cup.

Went here for the first time and I really enjoyed it! Blue Panda flavor was great! Very generous servings! The only slight demerit I will give is the dipped ice cream was a bit on the soft side. It was already starting to drip down the cone when the server handed it to me. Overall a great experience. They just need to lower the temps a bit in their freezers.

Milly’s serves Hershey’s hard ice cream and Dole soft serve. The venue is super clean and the staff was very very friendly. Prices were reasonable as the size of a single scoop is tremendous so be aware of that as you may end up with more than you bargained for… But what the hell it is ice cream and good premium ice cream at that… Not gooey or gummy like some other ice creams. Give it a try you will not regret it!

I agree with Jack, he seems like the kinda guy who knows what he’s talking about! The cones were huge! The swirl hit like the first time I ever heard Creed. Highly recommend, 1 star shouldn’t be allowed as an option here.
