Amazing Detroit style in Hancock, MI. We started with an antipasto salad, a fresh take on the classic, amazing ingredients and an awesome dressing. We choose a couple 4-squares. A pepperoni and mushroom and a Mr. White, minus the gorgonzola, plus sausage. The pizzas were super, crispy edges, great sauce and toppings perfect crust. We ended with a sundae topped with apricot, pistachio and cardamom. A grand slam for dinner!

Had Millys takeout the other night. True Detroit style pizza. Some of the best you’ll have outside of Wayne County. Highly recommend ordering early as they get very busy very fast. Worth the wait and the price.

Milly’s never disappoints. Their pizzas, Milly bread, salads, sundaes, and sorbets are all delicious. They use local, seasonal ingredients in tasty, creative combinations. I never get tired of eating here.

Probably some of the best pizza I have had at a restaurant. The pizza is Detroit style with the most delicious crust and scrumptious toppings. The salads are delicious too. The staff is friendly too. I will definitely return there on my next visit to the area.

My absolute favorite spot in Hancock! Their food is inventive, delicious and helps support other local businesses. I love their approach to food that is seasonal, fresh, locally sourced, and creatively pushes the edge of what Detroit style pizza can be. The specialize in Detroit style pizza: square, thick focaccia like crust, crispy cheesy edges, and great toppings. Each week they add a new special and I’m always intrigued to see what kind of funky things they come up with. I haven’t had a bad one yet and they have had some genuinely surprising toppings like peaches on their pizzas! My go to is the Ginger Baker: a pizza with pepperoni, honey, and Calabrian chilis. A perfect sweet spicy combo!
Everything is always really fresh and delicious. Keep in mind though that cooking a Detroit style is like cooking a deep dish pizza, it takes a while. So be prepared for a decent wait time. I wish it could be a little faster but I understand that fresh, individually made pizzas like this take time. Just be prepared!
We also tried their chorizo fries which were very good. Super crispy despite lots of toppings. Lots of flavor. Can’t wait to go back to try whatever is new on the menu next time I stop in!

I had Milly’s on two separate trips to the Keweenaw. The first time I was stunned. This is the best Detroit style pizza I’ve had and I frequent Louis and Buddy’s near Detroit. The flavor is out of bounds delicious! The first one I got was a special with ramp pesto and bacon and I was blown away. I saved half because I also had the best spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The next time I had the Ginger Baker with old world pepperoni, calabrian chili oil and honey. The perfect blend of savory, sweet, and hot tantalizes the taste buds. I also had some delicious house cut garlic parmesan fries. Anytime you are near stop in and get some yummy in your tummy.

Ordering online is the best option, but I stopped here on a whim and ordered at the front. I didn’t have to wait too long for the pizza and it was delicious! I also have to applaud the service, there was a staff member making sure everyone had what they needed and going out of his way to be helpful to them.

The Mr. Aloha Pizza is fabulous! Salads and sandwiches are good, but a little expensive. Bread and crust are fabulous. Service is great. i will definitely be back. Now they just need to serve beer.

Really good Italian meal. My daughter enjoyed the cheese pizza immensely (deep dish square cut in quarters). I enjoyed the sandwich loaded with cold cuts and with a pepper sauce and dressing on the side.
