The place was pretty busy which I expected. It was a 35 minute wait. The sweet tea was perfect, fried pickles were great, the corn bread bites were some of the best I have gotten at a restaurant, the potato skins were good and the sauces were strong. My Mac n cheese was creamy and cooked to a nice consistency, but lacked any real flavor they had nothing for taste. My Brisket was crazy dry and flavorless, it had some smokey but no seasoning which I found amazing since it had such a pronounced bark and smoke ring. The ribs were good, didn’t blow my hair back the first couple bites tasted like they finished it on a propane grill to warm them up. I was really hoping for a hidden BBQ gem in Hocking hills. It was ok at best.

Our waitress was amazing! Food does not disappoint. We split a meat platter and added mac n cheese and beans. Their mini cornbread muffins are a nice touch. Ribs fall off the bone, turkey is delicious, chicken was seasoned to perfection. The sausage adds a nice touch with a texture completely different then the redt of the meat. Dont forget to add some wings, beautiful sticky with sauce, divinely smoked and packed with flavor.

This is my second time coming here now and I am even more impressed this time than I was the last. Our waitress Sherry was so fun and attentive. She made the entire experience more fun and had some excellent drink recommendations. Our group tried a few different drinks and also got the sampler and fried green beans for appetizers which were fantastic. I got the meat sampler and my wife got a smoked chicken salad. The other members of the group got brisket and a macaroni bowl and we all were very happy with our food, although we took most of it home after enjoying the appetizers. This will always be a stop for us any time we come to the area!

This place is always a must for us anytime we are visiting the area. The foid is perfectly smoking, it compliments the meat, it doesn’t over power it. The salads of fresh, the fried foods are crispy. The portions are big enough to share. My favorite is the potato salad. No one has anything close to it.

The atmosphere was nice and laid back. The service was quick. The food was very good. Too many times I’ve had ho hum bbq but not here. We had the bacon wrapped brisket and the sampler platter. The bacon wrapped brisket was excellent and the sauces they have just add to it. The platter was chicken, turkey, brisket, and sausage. The sausage was a stand out for me and my wife. Everything had enough of a different flavor that you didn’t get bored of it. I will say the mac n cheese was a bit lacking but you cant win them all.

Have been wanting to go here for years from driving by, my fiancé took me for Valentines this year. I totally intended to take pictures for the Google Review, but we were so distracted by all the yummy food. We had been struggling to find a good rib place since our last one went downhill & this is probably it. The fries were delicious, nice & crispy (even reheated the next day in our air fryer). I’m particular about my cornbread but these muffins were good. Potato salad was super creamy. Our only complaint was that the men’s room was dirty.

Best food ive had in the area! A must visit if youre in Hocking Hills/Logan. You get a free batch of the best sweet corn bread (you have to pay for any additional but are super cheap – $1.50/6 pieces). Portion sizes were large with great food! Service was great too. We brought a dog and they provided a water bowl for our pet 🙂

We come to Millstone every time we are staying in the Hocking Hills area and its always a hit. To start- we love the complimentary corn bread muffins. They have a large menu with many options but I always go for the grilled shrimp dinner which is seasoned to perfection, and comes with a baked potato and another side. My boyfriend usually orders some kind of sandwich, but pictured is the Smokehouse Burger. They have a good drink selection as well. We will definitely be returning, as we have many times and would recommend it if you are visiting Hocking Hills.
