Ordered chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, pickles and mayo for take out. Paid for extra toppings, drove all the way to the restaurant, came home hungry and ready to enjoy the Friday night with family just to realize that nothing except pickles and mushrooms was added to my cheesesteak. Called the place back asking if they could make it right and at least refund the 50 cents toppings they charged for and did not provide just for them to tell me that I had to drive all the way back and bring the food back as proof that I was not lying. Not only the staff is incompetent in making the orders correctly, which was mildly inconvenient but would not prompt me to write a review, but the lack of customer service killed the vibe completely. I have NEVER experienced anything like that! You wanted the proof, here is your proof! Next time you want proof, you should drive yourself to customer’s place and deliver the correct order. Bad enough you messed up the order but accusing customer in lying is beyond unacceptable! The place has been going down in quality food and service for years. My family (regulars) stopped ordering pizza and wings from them long time ago, but I liked their cheesesteaks and insisted we order from them. It was completely wrong, the quality was also very different (normally stuffed wrap looked very skimpy with different looking tortilla) and their response to their mistake was completely unacceptable. If you are looking for a good food and good time, steer clear from this place!

We have ordered from here several times and loved it! We placed a delivery order today and are very disappointed. It was delivered to the wrong place. It went to a business, and we spoke to the driver on the phone. Explaining exactly where to go. It was still delivered to the wrong building. The driver had to go back and pick it up and take it to the right place with someone showing him where to go. We then realized that both pizzas had pepperoni, and one was supposed to be plain. We were also charged for an extra bottle of soda that we did not order. The food was good.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. I just don’t think we will order from them again.

Despite the nasty storm raging outside, our family outing turned into a delightful evening at Pizza Palace! We ducked in to wait out the downpour and were immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly wait staff who made us feel right at home.
The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was a hit! And the portions? Let’s just say we all left with happy bellies and even happier boxes of leftovers. The atmosphere was wonderfully laid back and comfortable, making it the perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Pizza Palace truly turned a stormy evening into a warm and memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been ordering company lunches for a long time and the last two weeks were very disappointing. Last week we ordered two large sub trays and they had very little meat on the subs. This week we ordered pasta rays and they were smaller and had less food for the same amount of money.

I ordered 3 different large meat pizzas and 1 plain pizza. They were all very good and they are generous with the toppings.
Parking outside was a bit hard to find and I had to carry 4 large pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of soda pretty far across the parking lot as there are no order pick up parking spots.

A family member ordered online from pizza palace. Being from New York, it is tough to get any good food. I had the eggplant parmesan and homemade tiramisu. How it was packaged, the entire top was crushed causing all the melted cheese to adhere to plastic. The eggplant was too soft, but it was seasoned well. Not sure about the tiramisu … nothing like I’ve had before.
There were also two soups (French onion & crab) and rice pudding ordered which I’m told were tasty. No one has said they would order again though.

We love The Pizza Palace. The food is fresh, reasonably priced and sooooo good? Delivery is always quick. The only complaint I have is that when the very professional and nice young man came the other day he asked us to sign something on his phone as confirmation that we received the order. We couldn’t figure it out so he took a picture of the bag on our table. I felt awkward trying to think “why”? We ordered the meal, we paid for the meal and it was delivered on time by someone who appeared to be a conscientious employee. I hope you discontinue this practice. I feel that it is unessessary, awkward and unwarranted. For three years we have never had anything but good service from your delivery people. Thanks for the opportunity to share my opinion.

I’ve recently moved to Millsboro but had many lunches here after Doctor appointments near to Pizza Palace.
The food is terrific and I’ve only had great service with dine in and take out as well as delivery.
