The best service you could ask for! Came in without a reservation and the staff was able to find a space. The waiter was AMAZING! He was super friendly and gave good recs. Attention to service was top notch, very keen eye on small details. Food was 10/10, everything was fresh and good quality and tasty. The whole vibe and energy was so great. This place is fantastic!

Scrumptious!!! Our server gave us awesome recommendations:) my friend and I tried a bit of everything. Our favorite (besides our mains) was definitely the Mac and cheese! Hopefully will be able to come back and try more sometime 🙂

Wow – huge contrast to the bar upstairs. The atmosphere is “upscale steakhouse”. The service at the bar was incredible and the food was delightful. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary.

The bartender told me they’re known for their cast iron ribeye, so of course I ordered that. It was very good, although I’d probably try something different next time.

The Brussels appetizer was phenomenal.

My husband had the lobster tail, which he said was so overcooked it had the consistency of chicken, but then again, maybe we shouldn’t have ordered lobster in Wyoming. He loved the grilled corn!

The bartender brought us a complimentary bread pudding dessert in honor of our anniversary, which was very kind.

Overall, it was a positive experience and we would return.

Giving this a 4 instead of a 3 just because it is such a legendary spot.

This restaurant is right in the heart of Jackson.

You can sneak into the cowboy bar after your dinner via the restrooms (the bar and restaurant have joint restrooms)

Food was average. For its price, it was below average. It was on the expensive side. But the whole town is pretty expensive so if you’re okay with that you might disagree with me. The steak was good but nothing special.

The restaurant had lots of options, including nice fish options.

Fish and steaks come as a single piece of meat, so make sure to order sides (this also does not help the pricing).

Otherwise, great atmosphere and cool spot. Love that it gets you access to the bar which is worth checking out.

The servers are very attentive. The ribeye was 10/10 fantastic. The risotto with mushrooms is heavy on the mushrooms, but good. The mixed berry cobbler was mind blowingly good. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Duck Breast. First time ever getting duck, and the server was very helpful on how they recommend it be cooked. It was perfectly moist and the flavor was spectacular with the sauce it was accompanied with.

We recently dined at the Million Dollar Steakhouse, and while the food itself was quite good, the overall experience did not reflect the hefty price tag of over $100 per person.

The meal was cooked well, with good quality ingredients and a simple presentation. Everything is à la carte, as expected at this price point. The bread and butter were a nice touch, and my Manhattan cocktail was excellent. Unfortunately, my husband’s drink order was mishandled twice; he ordered a Pendleton and Coke and first received Pendleton and 7Up, and then Pendleton and Dr. Pepper. These may seem like small mistakes, but they added to a growing sense of carelessness.

The real issue, however, was the service and overall professionalism of the staff…or lack there of. When we arrived, we passed a wall of expensive wines, only to be greeted by a hostess loudly flirting with a man around the corner. Their conversation was wildly inappropriate, involving him making comments about “her being blessed with junk in the trunk.” She was dressed unprofessionally in white capri sweatpants and a hot pink shirt, and tennis shoes, which only emphasized the lack of formality.

As the night progressed, we realized the man she was speaking with was not a guest, but the manager… raising serious concerns about the tone being set for the entire staff. While our own server was polite, attentive, and carried herself professionally (and may have been the subject of inappropriate jokes we overheard from the male staff), the rest of the team behaved more like they were working at a casual chain restaurant. From the dining room, we could see and hear into the back hall where staff were goofing off, man handling each other, cracking jokes, and making fun of someone with what seemed to be a mocking tone toward “Polish” people.

Although the food was enjoyable, the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from the staff made this experience uncomfortable and disappointing. At this price point, I expected refined service and a classy atmosphere. Instead, it felt chaotic, immature, and unworthy of any fine dining label. I cannot recommend this restaurant until serious changes are made to the staff culture and management presence.

A much quieter experience from all the events of the bar upstairs. The food was flavorful and delicious, although both cuts of meat were undercooked. They did take the steak back and fire it a bit longer, but for the price we paid, it should have come out perfect the first time. Service was excellent, and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Our server Hakan was so amazing. He was so thorough and attentive. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was great. We went to the bar after dinner and Hakan made sure to get us there for free and make sure we had everything we needed. Great first experience here!

We expected fun, and got it. What we didn’t expect was some of the best food we’ve ever had!!!

My sirloin baseball steak was one of the best I’ve ever had and girlfriends risotto was a 10 of 10!

Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Also, if you are going upstairs to the bar afterwords, make sure to get your hand stamped and use the staircase by the restroom to avoid the lines outside!
