Came in for breakfast and everything thing was fantastic. I hade The Whole Helpin’ (biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, and hash brown casserole) and it was like Granny had made me breakfast. My wife had the loaded biscuit and really enjoyed it (she tried to have my hash brown casserole but I was able to fight her off). If you go be sure to try the chocolate gravy.

We decided to visit Millie’s while driving trough town to visit dads grave. We were greeted with a smile and served hot coffee shortly after ordering. You can tell the food is cooked with love. The biscuits and gravy were the best we’ve ever had. This restaurant, the family pictures on the wall, and the service we received today made us feel as if we were in our grandma’s kitchen as a kid. We were wished safe travels on our way out, my husband and I both said this is our new spot when we drive through from Texas. Thank y’all!

Stopped here on our way to Texas. The staff and environment was very welcoming and friendly. Fries were salted and crisped to perfection. The double patty burger is a MUST. Juicy flavor packed meat that is very filling, try to save room for dessert if you can!

The food was amazing! All homemade, no package gravy or potatoes. The country fried steak was actual cube steak breaded and fried to perfection! Not greasy either! And real mashed potatoes and homemade gravy! If you are in Cave City, AR and looking for a good place for some southern comfort food, this is your place and these are your people! The service was great and the staff was friendly as well.

Have driven by it several times in past, decided to try it. They have restored an old original building downtown and updated the interior, so I’ll give them credit for that. Thought it was rather expensive for the quality and quantity of food we got. The food was about average, not worth the extra prices. A hamburger & fries, bologna sandwich w fries, and a child’s 1 pork chop dinner was just short of $40 with drinks.
Other than Sonic & Casey’s for pizza there are only two restaurants in town and one closes in the afternoon. A local suggested that this other place was much better and less expensive.

I travel quite a bit with work so I eat at a lot of restaurants around the state. Millies is one of the BEST restaurants I have eaten at! We stopped on the way home from a job and was so glad we did! I had the Caveman Club with Onion rings. Best onion rings I have ever eaten! My friend had the Hawaiian chicken and couldn’t quit talking about how good it was! Highly recommended!

Good food and great people. The price on the food is good and for the amount you get is off the chain. If you stop in you will have a good time and not have any room left to eat anything.
