For $10.15 you TOO can get a “breakfast bowl” that’s equivalent to your average $1 cup of coffee!
I ordered 2 cinnamon rolls, 2 of their little homemade 2.8 OUNCE pop-tarts, and one house hash. It came to $36.16…. I found it extremely odd when I got home and took my breakfast hash out of the bag that it was so light I was not sure they gave me the right order. When I opened it I laughed OUT LOUD! This? THIS was 8.8oz INCLUDING THE TOGO CONTAINER!! Once I ate half of ONE egg and about 3 thin potatoes, the bottom of the bowl was laughable! The fact that people LINE UP to eat here and rave about their food blows my mind! You must leave hungry. Over $10 for the same as an EIGHT OUCE CUP OF COFFEE… let that sink in. So LITTLE food, and I am a small person!
The 2.8oz poptart didn’t taste bad but come ON, other bakeries around the corner make cookies bigger than this tiny thing and don’t charge that much! My cinnamon rolls were doughy, underbaked and frankly either management needs to be there to figure this BS out or the health department…

Millers Smokehouse in Belton isn’t just about incredible BBQ — their breakfast is on another level. The breakfast tacos are easily some of the best in Texas. The tortillas are warm and soft, the eggs are perfectly cooked, and the brisket or sausage fillings give every bite that smoky kick you can’t find anywhere else. They’re hearty, fresh, and made with real care — exactly what you want to start your morning. And then there’s the cinnamon roll… unreal. It’s massive, soft, and dripping with just the right amount of icing — sweet, buttery, and baked to perfection. You can tell it’s made from scratch and not something pulled from a freezer. Pair it with a cup of their coffee, and you’ve got a breakfast worth driving out of your way for. Between the quality, the friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere, Millers Smokehouse nails it every single time. Breakfast here isn’t just good — it’s unforgettable.

Average experience! I think this place would have been awesome if I had gotten something besides the brisket and loaded baked potato. The 1/4 lbs of brisket was a smaller amount than others’ 1/4 lbs of brisket in our party. The middle little chunk on my platter was completely fat too. The parts that were meat were yummy! My other issue was with the baked potato – underneath all the yummy load on top, there were a few long black hairs tangled up in my potato. It was a bit unsettling, but the potato otherwise was pretty good. It was a touch dry, and I would highly recommend their buttered potato side instead!
If I were to come back again, I would instead get the sandwiches as they had a larger amount of meat! The sides of green beans, beans, and broccoli salad were all incredible! Not a miss of a place, just a miss on what I got here.

I really appreciated their system — you order at the counter, get assigned a table right away, and your food comes out to you when it’s ready. No long, slow-moving lines like at so many other barbecue places.
The food was great across the board. The brisket, sausage, and mac and cheese were all really good — but the potato salad was the star of the show. Absolutely delicious! Great food, smooth experience, and plenty of parking.

We had an excellent meal at Miller’s Smokehouse and would highly recommend it to anyone craving great barbecue.
We tried the brisket, regular sausage, pulled pork, potato salad, and mac and cheese—everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The brisket was especially tender, and the pulled pork had just the right amount of smoky richness.
For dessert, we had the key lime pie and banana pudding, both of which were delicious and the perfect way to finish off the meal.
The atmosphere was laid back, quiet, and clean, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy good food.
If you’re in the mood for quality barbecue in a welcoming setting, Miller’s Smokehouse is definitely worth a visit.

Food was amazing, service is outstanding. Atmosphere was not great because someone had a over abundance of perfume on, so it unfortunately made it impossible for me to sit where the counter lady had tried to put us. The counter lady found us another table quickly.
My husband and I have tried a lot of BBQ places here in central Texas. This one without a doubt is the best one.

This barbecue spot was absolutely amazing! The meat was smoky, tender, and full of flavor — cooked to perfection. The sides were just as good, especially the Mac and cheese, and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Easily one of the best barbecue places I’ve ever been to. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend!

Their menu says “Start your day with caffeine and protein” so I did, kinda. I got coffee and biscuits and gravy. Texans take biscuits and gravy seriously but in my opinion, they ought to be taking drip coffee more seriously because it seems to be an afterthought these days. Not at Miller’s Smokehouse. I had three cups because it was the best drip coffee I’ve had in forever. Miller’s imports their own beans and roasts their coffee right down the street. Typically, a square biscuit means it’s made in house. I assume that’s the case here but two biscuits with a glossy white gravy and sausage is the perfect pairing for their coffee. If you’ve got a long day of college football ahead of you, this is the perfect order to get your game day started, Texas style.

Was looking for a nice ride to get out of Austin during Memorial Day and love BBq so wanted to give this place a try. Glad I did, the entire experience was amazing. A great place to sit down with family and friends, very clean and has a large staff that is keeping up with the hustle and bustle. I had a medley of food to include Ribs, brisket, wings, cheeseburger, fries, chocolate cheesecake for dessert and a cold brew coffee and unsweetened tea. I absolutely loved everything I had but I’ll say this…the wings are up there as some of the best I’ve had ever. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The ribs were outstanding and the brisket had a nice smoke ring and flavor. Tea was good but the cold brew was outstanding with a nice flavor with chocolate notes and smooth. If you’re in the area, come out and support your local restaurants and avoid the chains.
