We are a small cafe inside of a State Office Building. We took over an old cafeteria to be able to open our first brick n mortar location. We are honored that we get to serve the DHS workers as I am a former foster child. The cafe is set up as more of a family focused cafe to allow Foster kids a safe space to feel like it is more of a home than a restaurant and they are able to relax and feel safe. Yes we are also open to the public and love to serve our community with our space.

Matt catered our volunteer appreciation dinner, and I really wanted to spoil my volunteers and it absolutely hit the nail on the head! What kind of a BBQ place has vegan options?! Amazing! The food was delicious but small in portions for the price. The staff was great, the restaurant was sparkling clean. The walk to the restaurant needs a shuttle. I’m disabled and the walk from my car was horrible and I got the disabled parking.

10/10 if you love bbq these are your people! We had brisket, pulled pork and chicken as our main meats for our wedding. They also had a few vegetarian options to pick from which is super nice I didn’t have to get a different company to accommodate guests. They are out of Salem check out their cafe! Order 1 of everything off the menu to try their food out, we had such a fun date night doing this. We did the burnt ends for our cocktail hour AMAZING! My guests were fed and damn happy. I keep getting texts.

Fast and friendly service, great food, and a huge cafe that can handle a large group of people. The owner is making a huge impact by supporting numerous fundraisers for nonprofits and community events. They also do amazing catering. I’ve had their great food in the cafe and at events! This is a place that is worth finding and visiting often.

The food was all rather dry. Brisket was entirely from the lean end, and the seasoning is minimal. Mac and cheese tasted like it had no salt in it and was dry on top where it looked like it had been baked too long.
The burnt ends were the most overcooked thing in my plate.
Maybe I ordered the wrong food, but 3/3 bad dishes, I doubt I’ll be back to try again.
The two people at the counter were super friendly and helpful, which was nice.

We ordered for a small wedding, multiple things. Pulled pork, chicken, corn bread and a few other things. The food was delicious! They delivered and set up for us. The set up was sturdy and looked nice for our event but was also so easy to clean up after. We cant thank you guys enough for everything. Everyone we spoke with was professional and so nice.

Dry drier then dirt for the chicken plate comes with no sides just chicken. The breakfast burrito was ok nothing to write home about and the salads to also why is the menue limited when ordering delivery. Also coffee shop /BBQ should not go together.

How to get there- Park in the front lot and follow the sidewalk on the right of the building past outdoor tables. Enter thru brown double doors and immediate left into the cafeteria.
