We had amazing service! Our waiter he was quick, he checked in on us…. Even though we had 5 kids with us he handled them well and also gave them some ice cream! The manager came to check in with us because the chicken was over cooked and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by this chain. They have an outdoor seating area but they weren’t seating in it when we arrived around 11:30. However they did seat us right by an open window so that worked out. I ordered The People’s Margarita and I’m amazed at how good it was for a great price. I ordered the Zingers in both the mango habanero and Korean BBQ, both very good. They have a kids menu with quite a few options as well. Tons of TVs for watching anything you like and a pretty impressive draft list as well.

Excellent service with prompt care and attention to specific diet and nutrition needs as requested. Our table was checked on regularly. Almost every booth inside was packed (families, couples, assorted groups of 2-6, etc), but ironically the noise level was not overbearing, nor was there a negative vibe from any staff or customers upon walking in. It was a busy time of day (evening/dinner rush) and everyone working all appeared to have a positive vibe about them….which actually stuck out to me (I was seated near the kitchen and could observe their interactions). From what I could tell, everyone was working hard and cooperatively, friendly with each other yet focused. The manager on duty was kind and friendly- circulating to every table including mine- which was so great to see. Only a few restaurants still do this….!!! Delicious food as expected. Portions were just right. Dinner here as a first-timer was overall made quite enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant due to the excellent servers and manager on duty!

Our server was great, helpful, and friendly; our food was not the best. We ordered wings, onions rings, and chicken tenders – which children enjoyed. We also ordered three hamburgers, two regular and one vegan. The regular burgers were burnt from one side and flipped the pattie over to hide it. Not so fond of that, and the vegan burger was dry. Their desserts were delicious, but personally, we would not be going back.

Food was hot and tasted, overall, pretty good..I wouldn’t say I rave for any 25$ lunch that is chicken tenders, fries, and Iced tea but I like to try new places and this was my first time here.. I had the Caribbean jerk zingers on top of a bed of seasoned fries, covered in cheese, bacon, and ranch. The jerk sauce could have used a bit more flavor..it was rather bland and didn’t have enough “jerk” in my opinion. If they could get theirs close to Buffalo wild wing’s jerk sauce Id say they would have a winner. Overall good though.
