We stopped here for a casual dinner on our way to the USF football game. Everyone in our party enjoyed the sports theme with various games televised on the screens through the restaurant. A large bar occupies the center of the dining area with tables all around. This Ale House is large and roomy. We were seated at a table in the corner. Our service was very good, but the place was not busy on this visit. I’ve been here before when all the tables are being used. We tried the Philly Cheesesteak, a Mountain Melt, an order of Zingers, and a couple of kids meals. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, and service was good. The dining area was clean, for the most part. We did notice that the Mountain Melts have been downsized and that is my only negative comment. As soon as the food arrived at the table, we noticed that the Mountain Melt is no longer a Mountain. It was more like a Flatland Melt. Also, the touchscreen at the table for paying the bill has one glaring omission…..there is no button to print the receipt.

I had an excellent visit to Miller’s Ale House. I started with the fried cheese sticks, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly cheesy inside—great for sharing or enjoying solo. My main dish was a cheeseburger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and flavorful, cooked just right, and the fries were hot, golden, and seasoned well. Beyond the food, the service really stood out—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out quickly and just as ordered. Overall, a great experience with delicious food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning.

My husband and I had date night tonight. Almost went to roadhouse but decided on milletrs as we enjoyed it the first time we went. The hosts were nice and cheery. We got sat quickly. That’s about where the good service stopped. Server was to the table fast. Got our drinks then waited a little to order. We ordsred our food and then didnt see server again until our food came out. Everything was good server said she would check on us later and never came back. My chicken sandwich is way way overly salty. My drink went empty about halfway thru my meal and the server never came back. The kicker though is she was at the table behind us 4 separate times. Each time its like we were invisible as she never came back. Then the MANAGER checks on the table behind us. At this point I am just trying to get boxes as we’ve waited so long I no longer want dessert or a refill. Manger checked on table behind us then completely ignores us and walks away. I have to flag the manager down at the host stand to ask for boxes. He came back and set the boxes down then walked away. Never asked how our experience was, if we needed anything. Bothing. Just dropped the boxes and walked away. Thank goodness they have kiosks to pay otherwise we may have been there all night. Paid on the kiosk and only THEN did the server come to check us. Asked if we needed anything else then walked away. Horrible experience all around. I wish we hadn’t decided to go there. Not sure that we will ever be back which stinks as the first time was so good. This trip complete opposite. Very dissapointing.

Ok, the food was good. Nothing that really set it off or apart from what I’ve had anywhere else. The ice cream cake was just that. Can’t really mess that up. But we also tried the brownies with ice cream. It was hard that I couldn’t cut through it with my fork. When we requested another of the same the manager explained that it’s premade and just heated up. So no way to soften it.

i went to miller’s ale house at around 5 to eat and the host was amazing! she was very respectful to me and my family and was very calm within the chaos of my son! i also met the young woman who works togo! she was well mannered and made sure all was well! do not let them go!

“Date night”
The food was ok. The service was not great. Once our food arrived It felt like my wife and I never existed to the staff. No waters given or offered and no condiments for sides. We observed while eating that all surrounding tables got constant follow up. Staff and including the manager didn’t even notice we had been finished for 10 mins. Finally we had asked for to go boxes once my wife flagged the manager down. Again now desert isn’t even offered which we wanted on date night. We kept quiet, finished up and left after paying. Not sure if we will be back.

The food is consistent and have great deals on meals and beer. The cocktails are decent priced but I am not a fan of them. The margaritas are weak. You can’t beat the zinger mountain melt. The meatloaf is excellent and a good portion. The mozzarella sticks are bomb. The service is also awesome.

I wish I could give Service more stars. Casey(sp) was AMAZING!! I had a dear friend come in from California and we had the BEST time. She checked on us each time she passed by with a pleasant smile and ‘Y’all OK?’ I will definitely be back and I’ll look for her. Sending good thoughts for a speedy path for her nursing/PA career.

Being a Friday evening, the bar was bustling with people enjoying their drinks and food. There was a wait time, and we had to wait around 10 minutes before getting a table.
After looking at the menu, we ordered a Blue Moon Pitcher and an Old Fashioned for drinks. For food, we chose 12 chicken wings (two sets of 6 wings with different sauces) and French fries.
Our drinks arrived first, and both the Old Fashioned and the Blue Moon Pitcher were excellent. The food took about 10-15 minutes to arrive. The chicken wings were delicious and flavorful, made with spicy sauces, and the French fries were perfectly cooked.
We enjoyed our drinks and wings so much that we ordered another round: an Old Fashioned and a Bud Light Pitcher. Our second round of drinks arrived quickly, and we continued to have an amazing evening with great drinks and tasty food at Miller’s Ale House.
