Super fast seating and food service. The shrimp scampi pasta was amazing and given to me really fast. The house margaritas were 5 dollars a pop and were all right. However for the price it was good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This has to be the worse experience I have had at this location. 1st we were sat and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. I asked for the wings (12) @17.99 extra crispy. the wings came out soggy and undercooked. since the waitress was MIA I tried to eat the wings because there was no one to flag down to advise that the wings were not cooked as ordered. When I finally was able to send the rest of the wings back (6) as the other six I tried to eat were a bit bloody (did not eat most of the meat) the waitress seemed annoyed and said she was going to comp the wings after the second time the wings were sent back and returned the same way. When we were about to pay, I was still charged for 6 Wings @11.99 (that’s not comping the wings.) Even after showing how under cooked all the wings were. Not a manager in sight. I guess I was expected to sit there and not eat while the rest of my party sat and ate. Normally this location is packed. not tonight, it was not busy at all. I normally come here 3 times a week. Tonight I noticed the table in front of us and behind us having the same issue trying to locate the waitress. normally if there is an issue with the food, the manager would come to the table and check to make sure everything is ok. tonight the focus was talking to the other workers by the kitchen or talking with a couple of people at the bar area. I will never come back to this location and would suggest you go to the Flannigan’s next door. At least they care about their customers and the service they provide. funny if you tip according to the service, people get upset because they assume that 20% is the new norm. tip accordingly and don’t waste your hard earned money on an establishment that doesn’t care. I don’t write reviews but today i felt we were taken advantage of and paid for a meal that was not edible.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place!! Great meaty bone in wings with a nice spicy sauce!! The chicken zingers were great too. We wanted to try two sauces so had the zingers naked with dipping sauce. The steamed dumplings were amazing. Great service!

Food was top tier ! The restaurant is placed in a area full of different restaurants and the competition is pretty tuff but they definitely do a great job. Me and my wife we ordered burgers with fries and we were happy to find out that price and quality, this place matches all our expectations. I will definitely order again here. Again, I love the food !

I’ve ordered takeout 3 times from this millers in particular and every single time the order has been wrong. How hard is it to read directions? In house is good, but whoever is making to go orders has no idea what they are doing. Why would you roll the zingers in sauce I did not ask for, then put the sauce I DID ask for on the side?
I won’t be ordering from here again. Obviously this place can’t do anything right.

There is a selection of things I love to eat on the menu but the Nachos are my absolute favorite.
The ideal meal would start with the Nachos, Zingers, A Burger, and Capt Jack for dessert. I would need a ton of boxes for all the leftovers but I just feel like you can’t go wrong with a meal at Ale House. Staff is always polite at this location. Drink menu is large and bottle are lit in display. Great spot to come after or before a sports game as the hype is definitely present in the building.

Everything is 5 stars across the board except the atmosphere. Unless you like 60 degrees weather at night, then you’re good to go. Otherwise, bring a long sleeve or jacket. I’m sure the trick is to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Waitress Jlynn was very professional and made my order the way I wanted with grilled shrimp instead of fried.
