Great casual spot for good food and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu has a great variety, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for meeting friends or family. Service can be a little slow during busy hours, but overall the experience is enjoyable and consistent. A good choice for a relaxed meal and drinks.

I came to Miller’s around 4:45pm and started off with a beer, mozzarella sticks, and wings. Let me just say — the wings here are absolutely amazing. I don’t go anywhere else for wings but Miller’s.
The first bartender who served me was fantastic — very attentive and quick with my order. Unfortunately, once the shift change happened, the experience went downhill for a bit. The new bartender, a young woman named Diana (or Deanna), dark hair and petite, completely overlooked me.
Even though I had finished my food and placed my empty plates and glass on her side of the bar — usually a clear sign to check in — she never once asked if I wanted another drink or more food. She walked past me several times, checked on everyone else at the bar, and even spent time chatting and flirting with a regular sitting right next to me. I waited patiently for about 10–12 minutes, but instead of acknowledging me, she went into the back near the food area.
At that point, I decided to take my things and move to the inside bar. Thankfully, that’s when Anthony took care of me — and he was top-notch. Within less than a minute of sitting down, he came over, asked what I needed, and made sure the rest of my night went smoothly.
I really do enjoy Miller’s — especially this location — and I’ll keep coming back for the amazing wings and great service I usually receive. But if bartenders like Diana/Deanna continue to ignore paying guests, that could definitely push people away.

Came in on my lunch break to pick up a to go order was greeted (or not greeted rather) by a gentlemen sitting at a table nearby, face in his phone. Don’t even think he made eye contact with me. Gentlemen informed me that my order was ready and “right over there” as he pointed to the countertop nearby so I could retrieve my food. When I grabbed the bag, I knew I was going to be pissed. I ordered fried potstickers. NOTHING about them were fried. In fact, they were hardly “pan seared” if that. I’ve taken the liberty of showing you JUST how chewy they are. See attached photographs. I understand it was near closing. I understand people get tired. Between the horrible customer service and the food quality? I don’t know which I’m more upset about. The falls location would NEVER.

We had a wonderful experience at Miller’s Ale House. The atmosphere what’s great and the service was top notch. Our server Zack was incredibly courteous and very attentive to us.

We arrived about and it was cool outside so we sat in the outside covered area. My table had gunk on it that got on my sweater. Our waiter was fabulous but had to leave mid meal so he rang us out and we tipped him. Never saw another person again. Had to go in search of to go box.
Thats the negative. The food was outatanding!!! We had the burgers and by far were best in a long time. Had a couple beers. Highly recommend.

The experience started well I ordered the food just how I wanted it but quickly it went sour , The food and service was a disappointment and then to ended my experience I get comp for a food I never received. Just remove from the bill don’t lie… The server forgot to put the order in. I had to call a guy all the way from the bar to attend me just to remind him at this point monzarell sticks are an appetizer not a desert I told them I was no longer interested. I’m pretty sure this place will close down just like all the others. Do better..

My father and I came in today for wings, at first the wings weren’t cooked to my liking and honestly I was reluctant to say something about it. My father insisted that I bring it to the waiter’s attention, Zach was super nice and very willing to help with the situation. He called over Alex the manager and he was so polite and was very passionate about making sure my experience here was exactly what I wanted. He took care of my father and I and honestly turned the whole experience around. Thank you so much for the service and for making sure we enjoyed our dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you Miller Team! Happy Holidays.
