Meet an old friend here the night before I was scheduled to fly out of Orlando Int’l. It was approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
We did not have reservations, we walked in and were seated immediately. The place was busy as it was a Saturday around 6pm.
Our waiter was amazing! I can’t remember his name, I think it began with a R. His name could have been Roberto.
He had great customer service skills. He took our orders and kept checking in on us for refills.
We didn’t order anything heavy! I had French Onion Soup and soft pretzel. Both were really good. The pretzel was really good with beer cheese and spicy mustard. She had a burger.
Disappointed there were no lemon pepper wings on the menu.
Definitely a great location, just pay attention once you get inside of the parking lot area. It could be a bit confusing.

Was disappointed with my visit at Miller’s today after being sat we waited 15 minutes to get our orders took, i’d understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not this night. then after waiting 30 minutes for our food the chicken on the pasta was cold. After noticing our server was inattentive I asked someone else for assistance with our food. the manager (dave) came to the table and said we ate our plates clean and proceeded to have an attitude like if I did something wrong for letting him know his worker had poor customer service & my food was cold! our food was in fact, barely touched!

My husband and I had fish & chips and Boom Boom shrimp.
The fish was flavorful, the batter was perfect, fluffy but not too much.
Our server Alyssa was pleasant and attentive, she was “the best ever!” It got cold where we sitting, the manager Sean, adjusted the temp then came over to see if we were comfortable. He made us feel like we were long time friends!
I would highly recommend this Miller ale house location!

I had a fantastic experience at Ale House Lake Nona! It was a Wednesday, and the wings were on special that day. The wings I ordered were cooked perfectly—nice and crispy just the way I like them. The service was excellent too—our server was friendly, attentive, and really on point throughout the meal. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to for great food and top-notch service!

This place is brand new and you can definitely tell everything feels fresh and clean. I really like the design; it’s modern, open, and super spacious, which makes it comfortable for sitting down for a full meal. The vibe is laid-back, not too loud, and the lighting gives it a chill atmosphere.
The food is good. I tried the wings came out hot and tasted great. Their salads especially stood out — fresh ingredients, big portions, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. You can tell they care about the quality.
Service was friendly and fast. Everyone was polite and on top of things.

Tasteless drinks , very disappointing. It was our date night and the drinks didn’t made my expectations, watery, tasteless and I got charge even for the bad once. Do not ask for margaritas here, you get charge $2.00 for the ice.

Stopped by this place while down visiting Orlando and, I will say, it was very good! I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with a side of mashed potatoes no gravy (not pictured). The mashed potatoes were delicious- creamy with some chunks but not too much. The salad was very good! For an appetizer, we shared the Tex-mex chicken nachos. Highly recommend!! Service wasn’t that great- no one came by to offer refills, wine was ordered but it took us asking the waiter 3 separate times to bring the glass- our server only stopped by to take a plate that was finished and bring out checks.
I would visit again, however. Definitely recommend trying this place out

As a regular customer of Miller’s Ale House, I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at the Lake Nona location today. I usually go to the one near my home and always have a good time, but this visit was far from what I’ve come to expect.
Even though the restaurant was relatively empty, our food took over 40 minutes to arrive. We ordered a Cue Bacon Cheeseburger and a Zinger Mountain Melt. When the food finally came, the crispy onions on the burger were soggy and greasy. The waitress replaced the burger, but the second one also took a long time to come out—and when it finally did, it arrived without the side of fries. By the time I was almost done eating, the fries showed up, but they were extremely oily and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, we were mistakenly charged for two burgers instead of one. Thankfully, I reviewed the bill and noticed the error.
Throughout the entire time we were waiting—for the original order, the replacement burger, the second burger, and the missing fries—the waitress never came by to check in, apologize, or offer any explanation for the delays.
This experience was really disappointing, especially coming from a place I usually enjoy and recommend. I hope this location improves its service and attention to detail.
