While on a business trip in Orlando, my colleague and I visited Miller’s Ale House. The restaurant itself is very modern, with TVs throughout showing various games, which creates a lively atmosphere.
However, our experience started off on a slow note. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes before our server, Marcus, was able to greet us. Although the restaurant was busy, it appeared that Marcus was the only server handling roughly 40 guests, which immediately raised concerns about staffing. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, Marcus remained friendly, professional, and engaging throughout our visit.
After placing our drink order, it took another 10 minutes for them to arrive. During this time, a second waitress was present but appeared to spend a significant amount of time socializing with another customer rather than assisting with the high volume of guests. From a customer’s perspective, this did not reflect well on overall team support.
Approximately an hour after being seated, we finally received our food. I ordered the Zinger Mac & Cheese, which looked great, but the honey BBQ sauce served with it was extremely spicy and not what I requested. Marcus promptly addressed the issue and went above and beyond by offering to replace my entire meal with a ribeye steak, which I appreciated. Once the steak arrived, it was cooked well and enjoyable.
While I truly commend Marcus for his excellent attitude and effort under difficult circumstances, the overall experience was negatively impacted by long wait times and what appeared to be poor staffing management. Unfortunately, due to how the visit unfolded from start to finish, I do not see myself returning based on this experience.

I went to this Miller’s ale house twice for lunch. Two separate days sat at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me have a quick lunch. The wings were cooked perfectly in sauce well. The next day I had a Caesar salad with chicken, which was delicious and had just the right amount of salad dressing. I did get the chicken blackened, which was great. Not sure exactly why the poor reviews on this restaurant. That was not my experience in two separate occasions.

My 3 kids and I ate here for lunch. Pricing was very fair and probably one of the most reasonable outings we had dining. I got hot wings, all flats, naked with buffalo on the side and it did not disappoint. My son got burger and my daughter a salad and they ate them without complaint.

They have a Miller’s in Pensacola where I’m from and it’s great. I went to this location with my friend while visiting here in Orlando, make sure if you’re in the area stop by and check them out the food is excellent I had the prime rib French dip and my friend had the grilled chicken cilantro lime with the cilantro rice pico de gallo black beans and broccoli and a side of French onion soup it, was so good the service was great and our waiter Antonio was on top of it for sure!! The food was good, the service was excellent. There was a small mix up in the beginning but the manager and waiter made it right. It wasn’t even a big deal but yet they made it good. I’ll definitely revisit next time I’m in town.

Okay it’s not for me. Food very unseasoned (from Louisiana so no judgment). Pasta was wet and juicy but had absolutely no flavor. Same for the prime rib. Cooked perfectly but no flavor. Regardless, best calamari I’ve ever tasted.
