As reliable as it gets. Food is usually pretty solid and fun atmosphere for big sporting events. As long as you get there at the right time you never have to wait. Great beer prices too. 12 wings for $18 is as good as you find most days in this economy. So many locations.

Miller’s time in JAX! Ok, I’ve been to a couple of these before, this is a small chain that I Hope keeps expanding across the country! Featuring a great menu with great food, nice beer selection amongst all other drinks, lots of monitors for sports and the servers are always super. A personal favorite of mine is the 35 shrimp and a side for $16.95… Are you kidding me!! The pretzel for an appetizer is most excellent. I’ve had other things on the menu and never been disappointed. It brings both a great value and a fun surrounding. Keep growing keep growing!!

Miller’s Ale House – Jacksonville

I really wanted to give this place a solid 4 or even 5 stars because the food was great and the service started off strong. The staff was friendly, the vibe was upbeat , and everything was on track for an enjoyable dining experience.

Unfortunately , things went downhill mid-meal when our waitress started cleaning a nearby table after another group had left. Instead of waiting until we were finished, she sprayed an excessive amount of Fabuloso cleaner all over the table — and within seconds, the air was filled with such a heavy chemical scent we could actually taste it. It was like being in a bleach-filled laundry room — so strong we couldn’t even finish our food.

We ended up cutting our meal short, which was disappointing because the food itself really was good . I completely understand the need for cleanliness, but timing and moderation matter — especially when customers are still eating nearby ️.

With a little more awareness and care for guest comfort, this could easily go back to being a 5-star spot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

What I Ordered: Monday Special – Baby Back Ribs with fries, Fried Jalapeño Chips

My Experience:
Stopped by Miller’s Ale House tonight for a quick bite. I really like the atmosphere here — casual, comfortable, and perfect for grabbing dinner without any hassle.

I went with the Monday special, which was baby back ribs and fries. The ribs were cooked really well — tender and flavorful. The fries were just okay, but the fried jalapeño chips I had as an appetizer were very good with a nice crispy kick.

Highlight: The ribs were the star of the meal, and the jalapeño chips were a nice surprise.

Would I Return? Yes — a solid spot for a casual meal with dependable weekly specials.

Great experience at Miller’s Ale House!!!

We went out for dinner and loved everything about it. We ordered the BBQ ribs with mac & cheese, coleslaw, and extra sauce, and also the Zingers Mountain Melt Pasta with shrimp and chicken. Everything was delicious, served hot, flavorful, and the portions were generous.

The atmosphere was great: chill, fun, and perfect for spending quality time together. But what really stood out was the service. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable. She was genuinely kind and made the whole experience even better.

We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a great night!

We came here on a recommendation of our hotel staff and it did not disappoint. We had been flying all day and were pretty hungry. They have a wide array of food and drink options.
I got the Tito’s strawberry lemonade which was very good. The Bavarian pretzel was huge and came with cheese sauce and mustard- my daughter and mother in law loved the cheese and I loved the stone ground mustard. Delicious!
For dinner I had the prime rib French dip with loaded fries. It was good- could have used more cheese but it was still good.
My daughter had the zingers Mac & cheese- SO good! MIL had the fried shrimp which were also good.
Service was friendly and prices fair. Overall we would come back here because it’s a great place to eat.

bar experience great after a long work shift.

Arrived on a steady Friday evening to be greeted by a friendly Hostess named Morgan, who was able to seat us within 2-3 minutes of arriving. Our waiter (Byron) greeted us very shortly thereafter and provided us with excellent service with recommendations of newer items on the menu. Food was served exactly as ordered in a very reasonable time period. One of the managers (Terry Thomas, I believe) checked on us a couple of times to ensure that our service and quality of food met our expectations.

We’ve been to other Miller Ale Houses in other cities, but this one definitely exceeded our experiences from other locations. The restaurant was clean, appealing, and obviously well run. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in the area.

On 8/30 my husband ordered a dinner for 4. 2 adults and 2 kids via Ale House website. When our food was delivered I started to serve my kids first. My youngest told me the milk tasted “funny.” I told him it was just a different brand but he kept complaining. I took a sip of my other son’s milk only to discover that the milk was rotten. Both kids milk were beyond spoiled. I took them away from my kids immediately. I then went and opened my side of loaded fries and saw something black sticking out of the side of the container. I pulled it out and it was a large metal piece! That was it. I immediately called the Ale House. I kept being put on hold by the hostess. I told her we had just received food from Ale House that had rotten milk and a piece of metal in our food. She told me she would be getting her manager “Sean.” After 15 minutes of being on hold for Sean to come I was getting more and more upset. She came on the phone apologizing but saying “they were really busy.” I don’t care if you’re “really busy!” You have a customer with rotten drinks and metal in their food. You would think this would be a priority. Nope. Finally was transferred to Sean’s office when he either hung up on me or it disconnected. I never spoke to anyone but the hostess. Absolutely despicable and a serious health violation.
