I quite often visit bars in this chain and make a point of going to different locations, so I have a good basis for comparison.

At this location, I’d like to specifically highlight the bartender, Brian, for his attentive and intuitive approach to guests. At times, he seemed to understand us without words, picking up on even the smallest hints and accurately anticipating our preferences. The cocktails were prepared with care and professionalism it’s clear he truly knows his craft.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the work of the kitchen. The chefs clearly understand how important proper meat doneness is. The steak was cooked exactly to the level of doneness I requested.

Highly recommend! We love our local Miller’s Ale House to kick off the football season. The zinger mountain melt and shrimp and chicken Cobb salad are delicious. Our server today was Kaitlen, and she was great. We will be back! Thank you!

We stopped in again for the same food items with different drinks! Everything was so good, fun and great customer service!

I have to say the atmosphere was decent great crowd and the food was outstanding! Service was a bit off? Bartender never said hello? Asked me what I was drinking, I ordered a beer asked for a menu bartender returned with my beer, closed menu waited another 10 mins bartender returned asked me what I like to order I ordered received my food from the food runner never got any silverware tried over and over for another ten minutes to get the lady bartenders attention but she was washing glasses so I could eat, finally got up and asked for silverware from the waiter station. Returned and started to enjoy my meal I finished my beer half way thur my meal and looked up to try to order another and again couldn’t get the bartender to even look my way? No check back to see if my meal was fine and finally after almost finishing my meal my second contact with my bartender asking me if I wanted another beer? I ordered another and the next time I spoke to the bartender was to ask for my check? No Thank you no come back No nothing? One of the most impersonal experiences ever. Received my check thought about the tip which is something I ordinarily don’t think about except for will I leave 20% or 22% I left 15% for the first time in years only because the food was just so tasty and im not a jerk i wasn’t going to not tip! Proberly would have been better off just ordering it “to go”! The experience was very cold.

Have never had a bad experience here. Tried many items from the menu but my goto is the buffalo chicken salad. I get an extra side of buffalo sauce and top it with blue cheese dressing. Is quite a tasty salad if you don’t over do it with the sauces. Friendly atmosphere, and definitely a must if you’re into sports of any kind. No matter where you sit, there is a TV.

It was a really nice quiet Thursday, came it about 8:30 sat down really quick. Food didn’t take long at all, waitress was so sweet and attentive. Whoever was working kitchen tonight my steak was honestly the best I’ve had in awhile super flavorful, perfect medium rare cook. I regret to say I ate it so fast without thinking I didn’t get pictures lol. (I really didn’t catch her name so if she sees this you had PERFECT hair those edges were LAID. ❤️)

Overall I enjoy this place but I’m giving a review just for our service. We had Krystal tonight and she constantly walked by checking on other tables except us. Never asked how we are doing or refilled our drinks. Her excuse was she’s busy. You’re not that busy if you can wait on tables next to us!
Also, the food was hard so we couldn’t finish. Hope to not get her again!

My husband and I sometimes stop by Miller’s after work when we finish late, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is always upbeat, the prices are great, and the food is consistently delicious.

I really appreciate the service from the entire team—everyone is attentive and welcoming. It’s become one of my favorite places to go. Highly recommend!

We are long time patrons here and visit probably once a week on average. We normally sit at the outside bar and have absolutely always loved the atmosphere… for a while it was really the only reason we kept coming. Until tonight……
Our food was off the freaking chain!!!!
And our server? Kayla was one of the best see we’ve ever had!!!
We spoke to the manager who could be seen frequently bussing tables and doing what needed to be done.
My husband and I sat in shock, flagged him down and told him whatever is happening here… please keep it up!!!!

On Tuesday evening, after Deck the Chairs with my neighbor, we stopped by Miller’s Ale House on Kids Eat Free night with two adults and four kids (all 4 and under, one being an infant). Everyone was hungry, and since this is a promotion the restaurant chooses to offer, we didn’t think twice about coming in.
I was a waitress for 14 years before becoming a mom, so I tend to be pretty understanding, but from the moment we walked in, the tone felt off.

We were greeted by Colleen, who visibly seemed put out when I said “two adults and four kids.” She told us she needed time, which was completely fine. I explained we still needed to unload the kids and were in no rush. When we returned, she said she still wasn’t ready, again, no problem. We used the restroom and continued to wait patiently. While waiting, the toddlers grabbed menus and sat quietly on the bench. Colleen then told us there was “no need to sit” and instructed us to “put the menus back we took”, making it very clear we were an inconvenience simply for existing there.

Our waitress, Madelyn, began the interaction by immediately explaining (before even greeting us) that we had to order adult entrees to participate in Kids Eat Free and that we’d be capped at two kids meals, stating she was telling us this so we “wouldn’t get mad at her.” The policy itself wasn’t the issue, we fully expected to order meals, drinks, and an appetizer. It was the delivery.

We are two 30+ military wives who walked into an establishment on a night they created, not one we demanded.

Our kids eat like birds. Kids Eat Free night is honestly a great way to let little kids explore a menu without wasting food when they decide one fry is enough. If they ate like adults, we’d feed them like adults.

What was frustrating is that we were made to feel judged for being moms with young children. For the record, our kids are what we lovingly call feral, but we hold them to expectations. We clean up before we leave, and we will absolutely leave if we feel we’re disturbing others. This night? They were angels. No screaming, no crying, no spills. The wildest moments were my infant making googly eyes at a man behind her and a toddler playing peekaboo over the bench with another guest.

The food was good. A soup was forgotten and a bit brushed off, but as a former waitress, I get it, things happen.

What lingered was the feeling that we should never have walked in the door simply for participating in Kids Eat Free night as intended.

I do want to recognize one bright spot: a very kind waitress (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) noticed I left my phone in the bathroom, took it to the hostess stand, and even offered to grab it for me. She was also the first (and only) person who smiled at us that night. Thank you for that.

Service matters. Especially to families who are trying to enjoy a meal out and teach their kids how to exist politely in public.
