I placed a large delivery order ($40–$50), and this is all that arrived. This is the second time this location has messed up my order, so this is not a one-off mistake.
I waited over an hour and a half because my order was given to someone else, and after all that, I received only two items from my entire order. Missing most of the food I paid for is unacceptable.
The food that did arrive was clearly incomplete and not worth the wait. The service was disorganized, careless, and extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. This steak is definitely not medium well either.

Can’t expect too much from a chain, the bathroom was a mess. The server forgot to put in our food so we waiting around 45 minutes to eat. Chicken tenders were dry-again can’t expect too much right. The only saving grace was the blue cheese burger my husband said it was great. My ribs were good -dry but taste wise okay- I asked for BBQ sauce but the server forgot about that too. That’s okay. Overall 1 star. I think they could do better. Server gave us 50% off the check so that’s a plus.

Price is reasonable and food and service is great. They offer lunch specials which I would like to try since it’s near my work. Portions are big and were not able to eat my main dinner and had it togo. It was a very pleasant experience.

Exceptional service and delicious food is what brings me back to Miller’s Ale House every week for almost one year. When I first dropped in for dinner – the food was so good I had to ask who was the cook? That is when I met Moe and Rod. Both have excellent culinary skills that exceeded the normal restaurant food experience. What impressed me even more was how Rod would take time to come out of the kitchen and speak to the customers and ask “how are you?’ ”Is everything to your liking?” That displayed the qualities of a customer centric professional, and the epitome of excellent leadership capabilities. This was my very first experience dining at Miller’s Ale House. Now I frequent the restaurant on a weekly basis, and have introduced my co-workers and friends to the restaurant too! We all go and enjoy the delicious food each and every time Moe is cooking in the kitchen/grill. It makes us all feel really welcomed to be greeted by Rod, and he ask us “how was the work day?” You don’t find exceptional and welcoming service like this in most restaurants today. That is why I and my co-workers/friends are drawn to and frequent this restaurant. Keep up the great work guys. Mr. Rod and Mr. Moe make coming to Miller’s Ale House a dining experience that is matchless. We appreciate your stellar service guys!

Typical chain restaurant with a huge menu, large portions, and a sports bar vibe. It’s convenient and reliable for casual dining, but nothing really stands out as unique. Good for groups or catching a game.

Our beagle group just enjoyed lunch with our beagles in the outside deck. Food was outstanding. Had the double burger with fried egg and bacon. Doggies had their dedicated chicken and pup cups. They have a separate dog menu and a set of rules to keep everyone safe and within food sanitary codes. The staff could not have been sweeter or more accommodating as we were not perfect guests. They took it in stride and took great care of us. Shout out to manager, Keith, Danielle, and Nick. Thank you so much guys. We had a great time.

We haven’t come here in forever so we decided to give it another try. There were a decent amount of issues we faced during our experience.
We ordered zingers with sweet chili sauce on top with a side of fries, a salad with extra balsamic dressing, 35 fried shrimp with extra cocktail sauce, and baby-back ribs. We expected the zingers to come out first, like any appetizer would but our first issue was that they came out at the same time as the rest of our food. Second issue was they gave us bbq sauce on the side instead of sweet chili. Third issue was they brought 1 ranch dressing for the salad instead of 2 balsamic dressings. Fourth issue was they only brought out 1 cocktail sauce instead of 2. Everything tasted fine but nothing outstanding.
Meanwhile, once we put in our orders to our waiter, he was no where to be seen for 30 minutes. We got our food 20 minutes after ordering, and waiting 10 more minutes until he came by to refill our drinks. At that point we didn’t even bother telling him all the mistakes with our food. We understand there can be mistakes that occur when the waiter puts our order in or in the kitchen, but 4 mistakes plus no waiter service was unacceptable to us.
We still left a 20% tip, because we know these services need to pay bills too. But we wish we had a better experience. Also noticed there were two printing mistakes on the menu, couldn’t tell you what the prices are. I hate giving bad reviews but there was no way around it here. Not sure if we’ll ever come back.

Visiting the area from out of town & went out with family friends to celebrate my birthday. The issues started shortly after ordering our drinks and appetizers. My daughter’s sprite was just carbonated water, not a huge issue, we let the waiter know that the syrup needed to be changed, asked for a new sprite and for more straws.They dropped off our appetizers but no straws, so my husband goes up to get straws. My daughter received another flavorless sprite so my husband got up to get her a different drink. He ran into the manager on the way back & let him know the issues. He apologized and said he’d fix it. We finished our appetizers but needed refills so my husband went back up to the bar for refills. We got our meals but my veggies were cold and so was my friend’s fries. My husband asked for no blue cheese in his cobb salad but they had put some on & he HATES blue cheese. The manager stopped by & we told him our new issues. He brought us hot fries & veggies. Our waiter had to be reminded to bring my other friends salad & extra napkins for the rest of us. My friend went to the bathroom & the stall was out of tp, she let them know, they said they would fix it. Again my husband went to get us yet another set of refills, our waiter was missing. My daughter went to the bathroom, they had refilled one of the stalls but the other ones were out of tp & there was trash on the wet floor. My husband went up to get our final set of refills. Our waiter had abandoned us at this point & they sent someone else with the bill. The manager had removed a good portion of the bill and we had already decided to eat dessert elsewhere but it was such a terrible experience so when the manager stopped by again, we told him the added issues since he had brought the hot food out and said he would try take more off the bill. We had already paid & he was going to offer a discount on another visit for our local friends. They had already said they wouldn’t be coming back. The thing is, they weren’t busy, there were less than 10 tables with other patrons there, the multitude of empty tables were bussed & clean so there hadn’t been a recent rush. They clearly didn’t value our business or care about providing us with a good experience. Thanks for ruining my bday meal.
