Bagel Lovers, Take Note!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 for food.
I had an amazing takeout experience at Miller Place Bagels and Deli in Miller Place, NY. Their “Looong I-Lander” bagel—Egg Everything, bacon, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and ketchup, the bagel was great. The owner’s friendly banter made my quick visit even better. Fast service, easy parking, and seriously tasty food. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I had an amazing takeout experience at Miller Place Bagels and Deli in Miller Place, NY. I don’t understand all of these reviews. I’ve been living in the area for 6 years and every time I get a bagel from here, it’s stale. I keep giving them a chance, thinking perhaps I stumbled upon a bad batch but no. Stale. Every time. Why?! Do I just have high standards for bagels? I come from Nassau county and am used to bagels being very hot and fresh right from the oven. I want Miller Place to have good bagels so bad. Do I need to come at 6am?! I don’t know. This place is always a disappointment and I just want it to be fresh more than anything.

Great menu, great staff, great food.
I’ve been trying a bunch of different menu items from bagels to paninis and everything has been top notch.
There’s seating for those who want to eat on site and plenty of room to wait if you’re looking to take out.
They have fresh coffee and fridges with some great drink options.
Current favorites, breakfast #21 and for lunch, The Mexican.

This place used to be a staple and the best bagel spot in the town of Miller Place. As of recently the service has gone downhill. Unfortunately as far as bagel quality is concerned they still have the best bagels. But out of the last 3 times I have bought breakfast for the family here they have not been able to get 3 piece orders correct. They’ve been 2 for 3, 1 for 3 and 2 for 3 on getting orders correct and certain times it seems easier to just let things slide than go back and complain. May try them a few more times and hope the quality in service rises but otherwise will have to find a new bagel spot.

Long Island, especially Suffolk has SO many bagel places per capita. The fact that I pass 5 on the way to work and always stop and this one speaks volume. I’ve been going there for over a decade now and to this day am never disappointed.
*I went through the ‘bad’ reviews and it seems like a lot of people were not a fan of the owner/manager. He IS a bit much sometimes however this is New York. You’re in a bagel place. That’s part of the experience (same goes for pizza) If you can’t have your balls broken, order doordash or eat at home.
Recommended dish- Baked salmon, cucumber salad on an everything flagel

Jason at the counter gave us a warm welcome when we stopped by to get a taste of NY bagels. The exterior window had a signage that states they have Long Island’s best bagel. They are right! The sheer variety of bagels as well as home made cream cheese and salad are mind blowing.
I went in for 1 bagel and left with so much more. I highly recommend this joint.

Worst bagels in the area. No flavor. I asked for “very lightly toasted” sesame bagel and I come home to find my bagel burnt. Barely any sesame seeds. Inedible, went into the trash after one bite. Extremely disappointing.
