We went for lunch & had the 3 courses for £22.99. The restaurant was great & well appointed, very clean & the staff friendly & knowledgeable. Onto the food… absolutely amazing! Had the calamari to start which was so fresh & tasty. Had the rump steak for main with the Cafe du Paris sauce I think it was (it’s not listed on the online menus). Perfectly cooked, tender & juicy, I could eat it again now it was so nice! The sauce was a creamy, garlic with a hint of tomato & was a good accompaniment to the steak & chips. They have a wide cocktail menu & some very nice wines. I had a white Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand which was very nice both with the meal & drinking on its own. To finish up, I went for the salted caramel profiteroles which were delicious although it did also try the crème brulee which amazing too. All in all, I thought it was excellent value for very good quality food (sauce & drinks extra). Definitely recommended

I knew the food was going to be good as I’ve been to one of the restaurants before. The fish was excellent and my colleague said the steak was amazing, cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and I’ve tried to tip the waitress but for some strange reasons it didn’t go through I’ll definitely come back again

We had such a lovely experience thanks to Sally, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. She showed so much patience, especially with new customers navigating the extensive menu, and took the time to explain the options clearly without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish.

What a wonderful place for a top notch steak dinner! Food was amazing and really good value. Whilst the sharing plates seem expensive, you get all your sides included and lots and.lots of steak!! Works out cheaper than buying two separate ones.

Had an amazing time. We frequent Miller & Carter but 1st time at this one in Hinckley. Greeted when we arrived and where 15 mins early so had a drink in the bar whilst awaiting our table. We asked for a booth and they sorted us one out. Our host was Karen, so friendly and really looked after us. Checked on us at regular intervals, sorted our drinks and even sorted us a celebration board at the end as I was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Karen, you really made us feel welcome.
We chose from the date and steak set menu which was perfect for us. The starters were so nice and just the right amount. Main course as always was perfect. I opted for a cocktail instead of pudding and my wife had a pudding.
What else can we say, brilliant night, great staff, awesome food and a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you for a perfect date night on our wedding anniversary xx

The food was banging. Wagyu steak sirloin 50 days was brilliant. Very tasty and juicy. Washed it down with a nice bottle of wine. Was a great evening. Prices not too over the top. Can’t complain. Staff and service at the top level. Thanks

We recently decided to try Miller & Carter in Hinckley on a whim, dropping in last minute without a booking, and we were so impressed! Despite of reservation, we got there early , the team got us seated quickly and efficiently, even getting us in earlier than expected, which was a fantastic start.
The service throughout our meal was truly outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and genuinely accommodating, especially with our kids, which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable family dinner.
We had a great meal, complemented by a lovely wine. The food, as always, was delicious. While the cocktails were a bit of a hit and miss for us, the overall culinary experience was delightful. My personal tip for fellow steak lovers: while they might recommend medium, I’d strongly suggest sticking to medium-rare for that perfect tenderness and flavour!
All in all, it was a truly great experience, largely thanks to the excellent service. As we chatted with our waitress, she subtly picked up that we were celebrating a birthday and, to our surprise and delight, brought out a complimentary cake. This thoughtful gesture was incredibly kind and truly capped off a wonderful evening.

We had the best evening, with Sally (who is ever so lovely and professional) looking after us! With her recommendations, we all had such a lovely meal with absolutely zero complaints! My family enjoyed the sea bass, which they had for the first time! I had the medium rump steak with camembert mashed potato, which was just to die for, and the banoffee pie for dessert. Couldn’t recommend enough! My partner and I will be coming back to try the sharing experience very soon!
