We visited with friend who had never been to Miller and Carter before, after buying them vouchers to dine there.
They/we were really impressed with the quality of all the courses, and the mains were surprisingly reasonably priced.

Had such a lovely Christmas dinner the food was amazing and the evening was made better as we had a lovely waiter Julie she couldn’t of made it more enjoyable and looked after us all. Would definantly come back next year as she was very friendly and made sure we all left happy.

We were recommended this restaurant by some friends and it did not disappoint! We came with a 1 year old and they could not have been more accommodating. Julie was our server and she was super friendly and thoughtful. They brought our daughter’s meal out very quickly in case she was hungry while we were waiting for our steaks, which we appreciated so much. Then came our steaks… the best we’ve ever had, every mouthful was a delight. Compliments to the chefs, the food really was outstanding (I didn’t stop talking about it all night). But the whole place was fantastic, and especially the staff. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough – we will definitely be coming back!

Just had an incredible meal here. We brought our 2 children for our eldest child’s birthday and all of the staff, including the chefs were amazing with them. A special thank you to our waitress Julie, who went above and beyond to make our evening amazing.
The food was outstanding! We had the butchers block and every steak was cooked exactly how we asked. The boys loved their fillet steaks too!

I visited Miller & Carter for Valentine’s evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, unfortunately, I don’t feel the food justified the price.
The steak, in my opinion, is quite overrated.
I ordered the T-Bone, but it had more fat than actual steak on it. I’ve honestly had better steaks at cheaper restaurants.
The sea bass was nice, but again, for the price and portion size, it didn’t really add up in terms of value.
The starters and desserts were fine, with no real complaints there.
Overall, while the service was good, I most likely wouldn’t return as I don’t feel the food reflects the premium pricing.
