Wonderful! I’ve dined at this particular M&C branch once, a couple of years ago now, and had a great experience. Tonight was no exception, as the food and cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented.
Both myself and my friend were equally impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and professionalism of the staff.
I wanted to specifically mention Jon (our server) in my review, as he went above and beyond to make our time here extra special- with his wit, humour and attentiveness. He really made an effort to enhance our dining experience, getting to know us as people rather than simple customers, to an appropriate level. Thanks for the smiles and top tier service 🙂

Great fillet! It was brilliantly cooked as I requested. Generally awesome experience, specially with Sophia. She is an outstanding server and made the entire experience outstanding!! Don’t ever let her go! She was on top of everything we needed and can also follow a joke as I like! I will definitely be coming back! Also, Connor was also fantastic! Great experience

Came to this restaurant to celebrate 23 years of Marriage, great atmosphere, staff were very attentitve from the get go, food was amazing.. Complements to the chefs waiting staff very friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in, and the manager, Steve, was super friendly and made us feel genuinely welcomed as guests.
We were served by Connor, who was great to chat with and couldn’t have been more attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. His friendly and relaxed manner really added to the overall experience.
Both Steve and Connor made our night! 10/10 will definitely be back soon!!

By far, the best quality meat I’ve eaten in the UK! It’s not even the most expensive! (I had the signature burger) INSANE value for the price and seriously so delicious
Some of the steak prices seem outlandish but again it’s the best quality steak I’ve had in the UK and I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse in the past.
Everything was 10/10 – the ATMOSPHERE, SERVICE, FOOD, OPTIONS, AESTHETICS are all top tier! Shoutout to Lucy! She was a great server and handled everything so well, absolutely seamless service. Really kind, funny and thoughtful without being overbearing or shifting the focus of the night onto herself! Everything just felt really classy, this might be my new favourite spot for special occasions

We had a lovely experience here from start to finish. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere, and everything ran very smoothly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to our server, Connor, who was attentive and professional throughout.
The steaks were perfectly cooked and clearly high quality — exactly what you’d hope for. Overall, a really enjoyable meal with excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a lovely meal out tonight at Miller and Carter. I came with my partner and we received excellent service from Yael, she could not do enough for us. Thank you for making our meal so lovely. The only thing I will say is our chips were a bit undercooked, however the rest of the food was very good, as we have come to expect from M&C. We will be back 🙂

horrible experience! the restaurant was not crowded at all but we still waited 40min for our food. additionally, our food was served only after we asked the waiter why it was taking so long. his tone was also rude and impatient. i spilled a drink and when the waiter passed by, he just stared and walked away without even helping or at least giving us some tissues. not to mention the quality of the ingredients was atrocious. the supposedly “pink” lamb rump was tough and tasteless, and the burger patty was charred and we asked for another one but it was still charred.. home cooked steaks taste better than whatever they serve at this so-called steakhouse.
