The food was absolutely wonderful. The customer service however was horrible. The bartender lady this evening was rude as hell and asked my boyfriend why didn’t he order when we got there versus sitting down a while to mingle. Are u serious. She was noticeably rude to other customers as well and proclaimed that the kitchen was shut down as we proceeded to order. Never will we ever be back she is unprofessional and slammed our plates on the table just turning to take off instead of asking for anything else we needed and did everything look ok.

I fly through this airport monthly and have tried here twice. Both times, crap service. Kudos to the cook who brought me my food today…then went to go get me silverware and ranch after recognizing my MIA server did not bring me anything. My drink showed up 5 or so minutes later from my waitress. The cook and the old man who cleans are the only good ones. I will also add though, this airport has horrible service throughout it except for the airlines. If you want decent service go to Perlick or grab something at the lakeshore supply shop in D concourse.

Stopped here after my flight and was very hopeful. Well, it was the burger with butter bacon and it had a paper thin slice of cheese on it, some lettuce and tomato. That’s it. dry and then it was supposed to come with house made chips – which it didn’t. But I didn’t realize that as the server was kind enough to at least put some fries on my plate so that came up at the end of my meal. Server was great, they need to reconsider their basic burger. Paper thin cheese in Wisconsin? What? Nothing on the burger in the way of sauce, not even offered on the side? Interesting.

We didn’t actually eat here. It looked like they may be partly to mostly closed. All the tables were stacked upon one another at the back of the restaurant space leaving really only the bar area with a single bartender working. The self serve taps were not turned on and I didn’t see anyone eating food. We just continued on through security and grabbed a sandwich instead.
