We are well known for our Barbeque Baby Back Ribs, which are tender, fall off the bone, and glazed with a barbeque sauce that we make ourselves. Ribs have been a mainstay of our menu. One customer quip, If Adam had your ribs there would have been no Eve. Pigs fear us, but Mill Street Grill is not just a rib joint. We have great steaks, which we cut in house and grilled to order. Fresh seafood arrives daily, which we grill, saute, bake, or fry. Our assortment of pasta dishes is not only interesting, but also flavorful. We are not afraid to combine different styles and flavors. Our menu has a wide range of vegetarian pastas and sandwiches; we have a Black Bean Burger that’s nearly famous, if not kind of messy.

Four stars because my husband loved his ribs. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 3 stars from me. My food was more mediocre; I ordered one of the specials (mushroom pasta), and it just didn’t come together. But it seems like people come here for the ribs, and they were cooked very well, and my husband devoured his ribs, so I think I may have just ordered the wrong dish that evening. Service was great and beer selection was also good.

My family was traveling through the area and stayed the night in Staunton. I was looking for a good – local – place to eat. We decided to check out Mill Street Grill. We had to wait approximately 30mins, but it was definitely worth it! The homemade bread “trio” was delicious! The strawberry butter was a hit! My family enjoyed the ribs, salmon and chicken! Plus the small dish of peppermint ice cream at the end was a nice touch.

We heard great things about this restaraunt. Our waiter KC was great. He was very attentive. Crab dip was delicious. The ribs were tasty, but seemed overdone. The beef ribs pulled out of the meat, so it was more like pulled beef. That was my only complaint. I would go back and try other things, that looked delicious.

Excellent atmosphere or a refurbished Mill. Very rustic. The service was out of this world and very attentive to your needs. Clean and well maintained accommodations. I had their potato skins as an app and topped it with the seasoned pork chops, baked potato, green beans, & house salad. The dinner was very tasteful and enjoyable. I even closed my eyes with each morsel. Pricy but highly recommended.
