Our server Brittany and the blues band ‘Miller and the Sinners’ playing saved this review for the restaurant. The band was great and enjoyable. Brittany was kind and working her butt off. It was busy, it’s a long weekend, we did not expect super fast service. However, from the time we were seated to our food order being taken, 20 minutes. From the time our order was taken to food coming to the table 70 minutes. Brittany kept checking in on us. She was running. The owner, a red haired older lady made sure to speak to us and make us feel UNwelcome. I would forgive the mediocre food and go back if it wasn’t for such an unpleasant experience with the owner. But, it was clear we were not patrons she desires. Based on the responses I have seen her write poor reviews I can’t wait to see what she has to say.

Excellent food! We stop here every time we are in town skiing (which is most weekends!). My daughter and husband have celiac, but Mill St does an awesome job with gluten free. My daughter loves the gluten free chicken tenders! Food is delicious, but does take a while to come.

Immediately seated, we thought it this was great, but then we waited a very long time after placing an order. Our server has a side business he’d like you to support, it’s only $2 for the chocolate he makes and he’ll sell it to you as you wait, refusing his sales pitch made everything feel weird. Eventually our food arrived and it was not worth the wait or price or cringy experience.

1 Star – Absolute Nightmare, Stay Away!
Worst experience ever – completely ruined our ski trip. Server was outrageously rude: I politely pointed out she brought me an IPA instead of the light beer I ordered. She snapped, “I poured it myself, I think I know what it is” in the nastiest tone. Took one sip (it was disgusting and 4 other people agreed) and she still charged me full price – no apology, no comp.
Ordered a pretzel app, small fry, and large pizza. Waited a full 90 minutes with zero updates. Food finally arrives cold and gross (soggy fries, greasy undercooked pizza), and only THEN does she mention they’re out of pretzels and canceled it. Unbelievable.
Staff is hostile and incompetent; food is inedible. Save yourself the misery – eat anywhere else. Never coming back. Also, the only place in all of ellicottville, New York that did not accept our out of state IDs for drinks. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else as this place is completely overpriced too!

Such a fun and exciting place to watch a Bill’s game!!!! The wings were huge – delicious and the atmosphere was electric. I have celiacs and they have a dedicated fryer..need I say more…I miss going to a bar/pub and eating some fried wings

Absolutely worst dining experience ever. I was both a server and bartender in my younger years and have never left a zero tip, but the bartender here earned a zero. Sat at the bar for a beer and a meal. The server did not forewarn of the slow kitchen and did not forewarn others that came after us. Meal took more than 40 minutes and was not right when it arrived. Then argued with me I said the bill should be adjusted appropriately based on the epically slow service and messed up orders and timing. We overheard the bartender tell others there was one person in the kitchen. Food was ok, nothing special. Too many other good restaurants in the area to visit this one.

Extremely disappointed. I always see this place as we are in the area daily and we decided to try it out instead of buying food at Ellicottville fall fest stands… We ordered a large pizza which was okay. However my biggest issue was the service. The waitress seemed nice (personality wise) however we never received the dressing we asked for, never got refills, never received napkins, didn’t even get a pen to sign the check.
Ultimately, we got up when to the front and when we told the person that seated us what transpired he just said “oh”… No apology or anything.
For us the service makes everything even if the food isn’t the greatest.

So impressed with this place, went in looking for pizza on a Monday night and while it was past the full menu time, they made me up a couple of delicious pizzas to go based on nothing but sheer kindness for my fam. So appreciated and also delicious!
