I stopped in and had a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of roasted tomato soup. They were cooked to perfection and delicious!

I use to love The Millhouse, but for the past year or so the ramp kids have really stopped putting in the effort like they use to. The food isn’t as good, the service not as friendly, and nothing has been changed nor money put into the restaurant since it was opened. I wish I could find my old review from about 3 years ago where I praised it and just delete it, but I could not so here’s a new updated one. Prices are outrageous as well.

Delicious lunch! Everyone loved their sandwiches and I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled chicken and berry salad ESPECIALLY the blueberry vinaigrette. My mom swears by the cinnamon buns too.

This place is great! My daughter ordered the Twisted Avacado Toast and the Honeybee Latte. I got the Cobb Salad and a smoothie. They were so delicious and the atmosphere was so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed all the shops that were within walking distance too!

Stay the night in Hamilton and came here for coffee. The caramel frappe is amazing way better than Starbucks. Their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is awesome also. Tastes fresh and not frozen. The wife’s bacon, egg, sandwich was also made fresh with good quality bacon.

This place is awesome! We are getting our RV worked on in Red Bay and could only find fast food options there for breakfast and coffee. It was a 35 minute drive over and I’m happy to say it was so worth it we may do it again tomorrow! The service is friendly and welcoming and coffee is delicious, plus the biscuit sandwich was great.

Absolutely a must visit! Each clerk is so kind and welcoming. The food is freshly made in-house, which makes it taste just like home. Coffee is so much better than anything I have ever tasted, and I personally was a Starbucks lover. However, I will happily travel from Texas to Alabama just to get another cup! Gentle music invites you to sit a spell with a good book which can be purchased right inside!

Definitely worth the detour off the highway for a grab-and-go lunch at Mill House Coffee & Cafe. Open, roomy, and comfortable atmosphere for individuals or groups. Our sandwiches (Turkey Club and Thai Curry Chicken Salad) were delicious. Staff was very helpful. They are doin’ it right. Be sure to stop in.
